West McKinney Dental & Orthodontics

Today I had an appointment for my sons at west mckinney dental & orthodontics. Dr. Allen and the staff were great. I always feel at ease coming here. All of my questions and concerns were answered making sure I understood the policies and procedures. All of the staff is very courteous and always professional. I would recommend this dental office to friends and family.

We all LOVE going to the dentist-NOT! HOWEVER as a walk-in on a Saturday morning emergency new patient I was in the examination chair with 10 minutes. I cannot praise EVERY aspect of this practice ENOUGH. You walk in and Rebecca at the front desk is smiling, and so welcoming as she thoroughly collects new patient information and explains fees. Then there's Kenzie the dental assistant who is so calming and thorough as she prepares you for the doctors examination; all the time with a smile. And Dr. Allen, living in the neighborhood makes you feel like you are being treated by a neighborly friend as he thoroughly explains his findings and progressing onto his treatment explaining every step is very gentle with stellular chairside decorum. Going forward he offers treatment plans facilitating any questions that you may have. And Leo, the office manager smiling with the rest of the team clearly outlines plans going forward presenting fees - which in my opinion are some of the most reasonable out there. The office decor and environment is very calming and pleasant. You won't be disappointed with this practice. p.s. I already have 3 friends/neighbors planning on making the switch to this practice. 08/06/2026

Annual cleaning turned into 2 wisdom teeth extraction. The office was able to accommodate it within the same day. Procedure was quick and effective. They followed up within 24 hours to ensure I was doing well. Clean office with friendly and professional staff. Already recommended my family to dr. Allen

Great place,took my child right in after ours shut down without warning. Dr Patil is great! Really good with kids yet lets them l ow when they are not taking care of their teeth! Love the switch’

This is our first appointment and it was an amazing experience. The clinic is bright and clean. Friendly staff members. Very accommodating to kids. They went above and beyond to help my 4 yo get settled. Dr. Allen is very professional and friendly at the same time.

Fantastic! Absolutely hands-down the best Dentist you will go to! Dr. Allen and his staff are absolutely amazing! They always make you feel so welcome and they do anything they can to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend you come see them for any dental need you may have! I was completely satisfied with my visit. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable, attentive, and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive experience and outstanding service!

I reached out to Dossett Dental in McKinney for a same day tooth extraction. They got me in same day within an hour, I also had to bring my kiddos and Amanda the dental assistant was so sweet and kept them entertained. Also Leo at the front desk was very helpful and also gave my boys a toy to play with. Dr Allen assessed my tooth, was able to pull it and came up with a future dental plan for a bridge to be done once I’m healed . Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Dr Allen and your team . Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for removing both teeth. 😭 The receptionist, Crystal, was awesome! My dentist was epic and the assistant was cool too! (I don't remember their names, sorry orz) They were very patient with me and made sure I was well taken care of. No pain (except for the needles in the mouth, though that's a given), and I even got to look at my ugly teeth afterwards! XD Totes a 10/10, but they only ask outta 5 stars so 5/5 LMAO!

Had a wonderful experience along with my son as always. Right from the start was greeted with smiles, and immediately taken to our spots. Alex was amazing and took her time, answered all questions. Did a fantastic job deep cleaning. Doctor finished up with final check and gave his professional opinion. Highly recommend this spot for dental care.
