Very professional. I'm not very good at going to the dentist as a matter of fact I dislike them very much. That being said I was so pleased with their manner and ability to put me at ease. I highly recommend them. They put a temporary crown in going in in 2 weeks to have the permanent crown installed

Dr. Spatz is the best dentist i ever went to. Ive been his patient for over 17 years. Hes caring, gentle and precise when he preforms his dentistry skills. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

So Dr Spatz is always friendly and kind. The receptionist was also awesome. Heather had always been amazing!! However The hygienist I saw that day has me considering going elsewhere sadly. I have been a patient for over a decade even when the practice was owned by Dr DeMarco. Every hygienist and staff member was amazing. This one was cold, dismissive, rude and honestly rough. She knew I was uncomfortable she knew I had to spit bc I kept Swallowing the debris from the procedure (I asked 4 times to spit) yet she didn’t care and refused to allow me to do so more than maybe 3 times. I realize I was five minutes late but in 46 years no hygienist has EVER been that fast, aggressive, and honestly mean. It completely Left a bad taste in my mouth (literally). I never Do reviews but honestly she’s in the wrong profession. I hope she’s trained in kindness and care honestly. I’m giving 3 stars bc the PRACTICE and Dr Spatz are amazing. Thanks.

I’m not a fan of the dentist. I get major anxiety. But everyone in the office makes sure I’m comfortable and doing well every step of the way. The most compassionate staff ever. ❤️

I had my teeth cleaned at McMurray Family Dental and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was kind and professional. Everything was quick, comfortable, and well done. I would definitely recommend them!!

Absolutely horrendous experience!!! Was going to let everything slide but after getting a ridiculous bill because they can't do their job crossed the line!!!! Sooo my pregnant wife went in to get a crown on a cracked tooth, so we sought out to find a good supposed to be honest dentist!!! She was in unbearable pain and they said it takes about a month for a proper crown to be made which is crazy nonsense when others can do it in a week. Anyway it took almost a month and a half for them to get it in because they kept making mistakes! When it finally got here it didn't fit right and they forced it in and then caused more damage and pain.... They finally took that one back off and they had to wait another almost month it took almost 3 months of miserable pain before they fixed my at the time pregnant wife's tooth... Now months later we keep getting bills because they forgot to pay the insurance company the $ we paid sooo upon asking them why this is happening because we now know at this point have overpaid by a good bit. So try and call to see about the refund for overpaying and get told to pound salt... What a joke disgusting how this all transpired.

On Wednesday, I was a little nervous about what I was going to have done. I was to have a tooth removed, a bone graft inserted, and the beginning of an implant with a temporary tooth. The tooth that was to be removed had had a root canal done about 30 years ago. It had become infected. I was escorted to the room by the Dental assistant, who got me comfortable and explained what Dr. Spatz was going to do. He came into the room, numbed my gum and began the procedure. His Dental assistant took care of draining the water in my mouth and keeping me very calm. Before I knew it, the procedure was done: the tooth was out, the bone graft was in, the first stage of the implant in and a temporary tooth had been made and inserted! I was given a little box to take my Infected tooth home. I was given printed material With directions on how to take care of my tooth and set up a follow up appointment. In four months I will have the new implant inserted. There are not many dentists like Dr. Spatz, who are able and proficient to do a diversity of procedures. It is so nice to be able to get everything done in one office. The office is very friendly and courteous.
