Exceptional Dental of Metairie

My first visit to this dental office left a fantastic impression. The professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care from the entire team really stood out. Everything was handled efficiently — no long waiting, excellent communication, and very attentive service throughout. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. A special shout-out to Jae, the hygiene assistant, and Darlene, RDH — both were exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the visit even better. I truly appreciated the outstanding service and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Overall experience is 4/5 considering I am NOT a fan of dentist to begin with but since my journey is almost over, ill break it all down. First day: 3/5 got the examination, nurses was cool, they explained all the work that had to be done. The financial part is what I didn't like. Before anything was done, you have to download the app in front of them and pay a loan to pay for the service your getting and pay it off. You have options but no matter which app, you got to be locked in. If not, you can walk away without further work done and pay for the examination and that is with insurance. Without is a whole different ballgame Second day: 5/5 Nurses was cool. They picked a descent dentist, got some work done. Ill spare the details but it wasnt too bad. Third day: 5/5 Same Fourth: 5/5 Same Fifth: 4/5 My dentist had a baby and had to see another dentist completely. They let me know ahead of time so that was cool. Dentist was solid. Still don't care for dentist in general, but alright. Why I gave a 4 is because of the long wait in the chair and the anticipation while hearing the machines around me. Sixth: 2/5 Thought I was seeing the same one for the final work of the teeth, however, they put me on the schedule for another dentist and I didn't know. A third dentist. Mind you I don't care for dentist in general, but I respect what they do. I just get nervous. Anyway, nurse was cool until she said the name of the dentist and my ears perked up a bit. I was nervous so im like "okay, I need a minute. Let me get this over with after I calm down". While im calming down, dentist come in and telling me im not receptive and they don't feel comfortable doing it. So the manager comes in and talk to me about "options" which I knew the end result would be me coming back for the second dentist since the third definitely didn't want to do it like they was scared of me or something. Manager was cool and apologetic which I appreciate but that specific dentist did not want to talk and I kept saying "lets get it over with since im here" but the dentist wasnt having it. So I should go back seventh day to see the second one and if not, oh well. Im not doing another review. Overall 3 due to the bad day for the sixth day and first day was just overwhelming and it cant be the perfect place, but far as a dental office, its not bad when everything is smooth

Update! Had to go back here to have a minor adjustment, they were so accommodating and were able to fit me in! I am so satisfied with this office I recommended it to my adult daughters! Ok, I usually HATE going to the dentist, but this place changed my mind about that for certain!!! I have never experienced a place that was so professional and timely. I was actually called into the room during my appointment time!! My cleaning took so long I thought i was stealing time from another patient, but I was told that they are very thorough! Honey, my last dentist office cleaned my teeth so fast, I thought for sure they had a DMV-like line outside!!! They also had bottled water for my convenience!! If you are looking for a dentist and your insurance covers it, you have got to check them out!

Best customer service ever! I was recently referred here to establish care with a new dentist, and let me tell you this was the best decision for me and my family. They have the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff- from the receptionist, to the dental assistants, dentist, as well as the hygienist. They are top tier and you won’t be disappointed!

Danielle gave me the best cleaning experience I have ever had - managing to successfully avoid sensitive areas while ensuring a comprehensive clean. Everyone I interact with at this practice is friendly, knowledgeable, and exhibit an impressive amount of grace.
