Archer Dentistry - Naperville

I haven’t been to a dentist in 10 years. I had lost all confidence in my smile and I had wisdom teeth that desperately needed attention years ago. I was so afraid to go to a dentist out of embarrassment and financial fears of if I could afford to even see one. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very kind and informative and got my scheduled quickly. I arrived and the staff was so kind, to me from the moment I walked in the door. I was treated by Dr Singh, and she was so kind to me. She explained the procedure with me and took excellent care of me. I am so thankful I made the call to been seen here at Asher Dental!

I had an amazing experience with this dentist. They were very nice, caring, professional, and helpful. Dr. Asim helped calm me down when giving me shots to numb my mouth when I’m terrified of them and got the job done efficiently. Very satisfied with my visits and will be returning for as long as possible!

Arrived, there was ample parking. No patients were waiting in the main area when I got in. I was addressed immediately, shortly after - transferred to patient rooms. The pictures don’t do it justice it’s pretty much the nicest clinic I’ve been to. The staff was pleasant and calming nothing crazy going on in the back. The Doctor was accommodating giving an organized action plan tailored to my needs and availability. Lots of checking in and seemed like he likes what he does. Overall my best dentist experience 11/10 would recommend!!!

From speaking with the call center, to the staff at the office, and the dental staff, I was very impressed! Not only did they take my son as a walk-in. They fixed his smile and gave us recommendations on what to do if he continued to experience pain. The office was clean, welcoming, hands-on, and thorough. After having to drive 3 hours and this office being our last hope because the other two offices we went to had no desire to even try to help, I couldn’t be happier. My son is smiling again and feels so good about his results. Thank you, Archer Dentistry, for giving my son his confidence back and taking the time to actually make him feel like his concerns were addressed. We will be back for any and all future needs, and I will be recommending your office to others.

Very disappointing experience — unfair billing practice I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Village Green Dental Center. The issue is not just the fee itself, but the way this situation was handled. I have been a patient and have done business with this office with payments totaling more than $6,000, and I am very disappointed that after all of that, the office is still pursuing me over a disputed charge for an appointment that I did not schedule or authorize. An appointment was scheduled without my direct authorization, and afterward I was told that I was responsible for a cancellation fee based on their policy. I explained clearly that I did not schedule the appointment myself and that I did not request or approve this service. Despite that, the office continued to insist that I pay a balance for something I never agreed to. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but those policies should apply when a patient actually schedules and agrees to an appointment. Holding someone responsible for an appointment they did not arrange is unfair and frustrating. What made this experience worse was the lack of accountability and the feeling that the office was more focused on collecting a fee than resolving the concern fairly. Good customer service means listening to patients, investigating issues, and finding a reasonable solution. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars with this office, I expected better communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my trust and confidence in this practice. I hope the office reviews how these situations are handled in the future. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and respect.

The Archer Dentistry team is great the receptionists are nice and helpful . The doctors are very thorough I had no problems. The only thing Id add is that doctor I saw could be a little more gentle when fitting the crown to the implant getting the crown put in was a bit discomforting. The service and overall experience were great I would recommend.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Dr. Asim and the entire staff are the best. Dr. Asim did a very thorough job in explaining to me the procedures he was doing and prepared a solid treatment plan. Incredibly friend staff throughout especially Aby and Isyz who always greet you with a friendly smile and are so very helpful!!
