Comprehensive Dental Health

I made a recent switch from Aspen dental in Manchester (near my job) to Comprehensive Dental Health all the way in New Haven (in network), and what a difference in personal treatment and attention to detail. It honestly felt like going from the McDonald's of dentistry to a Five-star restaurant. It's a very pleasant surprise!

Amazing staff and overall experience. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctor himself, everyone was so kind and have great bedside manner. I wish I lived in New Haven full time, this would be my regular dental office. Thank you all for the care you provide! You all surpassed my expectations and made me feel at ease for what would have otherwise been a very scary procedure.

Alex was very professional, transparent, and patient. He carefully explained my dental condition, treatment options, and insurance situation, and even showed me the proper flossing technique. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. It really felt like he cared about me. Great experience overall. Also, everyone there, including the dentist and the front desk staff, was very kind. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit. I love this place and highly recommend it.

This was my first time at Comprehensive Dental, and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly and very professional. They are located in downtown New Haven, in a beautiful old house. No worries about parking as there’s parking in the back. This will be my new dental office.

I have only good things to say about the two appointments I’ve had here. Every single receptionist, dental hygienist, and of course the dentist were remarkably kind and competent people. They remembered small details about me and gave very specific recommendations for maintaining dental health. I literally talked to my friends extensively about how positive of an experience I had at this office and joked that it was like “floating on a cloud.” If the entire healthcare industry operated like they did we would be a lot better off as a society.

Honestly probably the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. I am new to this office and will continue to work with them. I was scheduled pretty far out and was called immediately when there was a cancellation with a closer appointment date. They were very courteous at the front desk and overall staff. I did not wait long and was seen at my scheduled time. The Dr. was very patient with me and answered all my questions throughout my deep cleaning. They provided clear explanations on procedures, time frames, cost and future appointments. I am very pleased with their service. Thank you guys.
