I’ve been passing this business for years and didn’t realize how much of a gem I was passing by. The staff is amazing, Elyse was my hygienist and she was awesome. It felt like a home dentistry instead of just an office and I really liked that. Dr. Pham has gained another supporter and I will continue to bring me and my family to this office. I’m so happy with this place.

Very gentle check up-very patient with me while I answered and tried to remember dates. The beautiful staff were able to help me with scheduling. As an anxious soul I’m very satisfied. Also shrek was playing. It was a good time.

I called needing an emergency dental appt after asking Chat GPT for gentle and compassionate dentists in my area. The staff were kind and helpful, scheduling me for the same day. When I arrived the office was clean and reception staff were friendly. Elysse was my hygienist and she was great. She listened to my concerns, asked questions and made me feel super comfortable. I have anxiety when it comes to dentists. Dr. Pham was also great. She accessed my issue, communicated the best plan to resolves the issues and listened to my questions. I look forward to future appts with this practice.

I'm new to the area and as a new patient, I was very impressed. The staff was friendly, and professional. Dr.Pham had great bed side manners. I'm so grateful I chose this office to be my new dental home.

The most exciting event. Never before was I so happy to visit a dentist. On December 31, 2025, Dr. Pham, & her assistant Valplast #12, along with the front door receptionists, Laneisha, & Arianna, were the best, It made this dentist, number #1, since going into a dentist office years 2007, 2022. I've been to numerous Dentists in the Hampton Roads/Newport News, Va, area. Not one could measure up to this dentist with Dr. Pham. She made my visit so comfortable that I now can continue going back to her in the future. What makes me give her a rating of 10/100, is because she didn't lie or makeup things to charge the insurance a great amount of money. She told me everything that was wrong with my teeth, with proof of pictures 📸, & exrays. This is the dentist the majority of people really want. If you don't have a good dentist, please check out Dr. Pham & the staff. Rated for Complete honesty with her patients. I say no more, except check her out, she's not there to milk the patient or the insurance company, of money, but to help get your teeth back to the way they were, & to add to my comment, I went in for more dental work with the hygienist Elysse, what an excellent & wonderful experience. To round out my experience at this dental office, I have nothing but excellent reviews, &; would proudly recommend them to everyone in Newport News, Va..

I love Dr. Pham and her staff! They are all very patient, knowledgeable and helpful and make us feel like we are family! She takes the time to listen to our issues and will do everything possible to make sure we are comfortable. My husband, daughter and I have been patients for a few years now and look forward to many more!
