From the moment you walk through the door, the entire staff makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The staff is absolutely amazing—they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is outstanding, and the whole team is awesome! I really enjoy my dental cleanings with Dayani. She’s got magic hands. She is very careful and detailed oriented. She always make sure I’m comfortable during my cleanings and checks often on how I’m doing during the process. She is very nice and professional as well. I recommend her and the staff of Smiles of Ocoee 100%. I know my oral hygiene is in great hands with them.🦷😉

Lovely dentist office 😊. Tia was my son's dental assistant and she was so warm and caring. He was really nervous but whispered to me how nice she was. She was professional answering any questions we had and did with a smile. Dr. Freddy has a wonderful bedside manner, I appreciate the kindness my son and I were shown during our visit. I highly recommend this office.

Our son is starting his journey with braces... all the staff and Dr as been so friendly, understanding, and patient. That in itself has been wonderful to keep a 10yr boy calm. Bruna is especially wonderful explaining the step by step process with our son's mouth piece and journey. She definitely has the patience of a saint by encouraging our son to properly brush and maintain his teeth. We are so grateful we found this office so close to home. So grateful that I found Smiles of Ocoee for my dental needs/treatments. Staff is always so kind and professional. Natasha always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable during my dental procedures and making sure everything is done right the first time. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Smiles of Ocoee! Dr. Freddy and Niya are both incredibly welcoming and made all of my procedures feel very comfortable. They took the time to answer every question I had throughout my appointments, which really helped me feel at ease. I also love how clean and high-tech the facility is. It was so cool to see the 3D scan of my teeth and the visual possibilities of what corrections could look like-- it made everything feel very clear and personalized. At my most recent visit, I chose to do 8 fillings and 1 crown in a single appointment. It was a lot of work, but I was comfortable the entire time, and the team made sure the environment stayed calm and reassuring. I’m so happy to have found my go-to dentist. Even though I’ve moved across town, I’ll definitely keep coming back based on the amazing care I’ve received here.

Fantastic place to be at very positive and uplifting people work here the service is excellent I want to thank all members of staff for taking care of of me my hygienist was very helpful and gentle I am a person that is very busy and they somehow always find way to fit me in the schedule they follow up with me with reminders. I am truly grateful also to Tia and Nya who has made me feel extremely welcome not just as a customer but like I’m part of a family. The receptionist who greets me with a warm welcome and an ice breaking conversation to calm my nerves . In regards to the service that I had done two crown deep cleaning and more to come I haven’t had any issues I didn’t leave feeling sore or unsure of any information thanks you smiles of ocoee keep up the good work
