Before I walked through the doors of Pacific Hill, I hadn't been to the dentist in...well...longer than I'd like to admit. Years of shame and embarrassment followed me, regarding the state of my teeth. I had such a pit in my stomach even making my consultation/cleaning appointment. Once I walked in, each person there made me feel like I belonged and like there was nothing to be ashamed about. I felt safe, seen, and like they were genuinely happy to help me. I saw Dr. St. Germain, and his level of patience and understanding was incredible. He made sure I was comfortable and given the full knowledge of what our plan was. He had the patience of the kindest boy scout leader you've ever met. Since then, I've been in 3 times for work and each time Jane and Dr. St. Germain have ensured that I was fully taken care of. I cannot recommend this office enough, especially if there are any people feeling similar to how I did. They will make you feel secure, comfortable, and like they actually care about you.

Dr Germaine was referred to me from my Counselor Victoria Vitale. I was very scared and nervous to go back to the Dentist. I went and Doctor Tom was soooo kind to me, no judgment on how bad my teeth had gotten. I definitely would recommend him. I have already referred my two adult children and my youngest sons girlfriend. Thank Goodness I found a gentle, kind Dentist.

Dr. K is outstanding. I had issues with a tooth that previous dentist told me there was nothing wrong with the tooth for months. I went to Dr K for the first time 6/3/26. She looked at previous x-rays that I brought and immediately saw a cavity in the area where I felt pain. She provided a filling and I"m so happy I found her!!

I've been a patient at Pacific Hills Dental for several years, and I've always had a great experience. The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Their new location is fantastic—modern, clean, comfortable, and easy to access. The whole experience feels much more relaxed, including parking and getting into the office, which makes a bigger difference than you might think. The dentists, hygienists, and office staff are helpful. I highly recommend Pacific Hills Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in the Omaha area.

Dr St Germaine is a wonderful dentist. He is update on all the latest procedures and is one of the nicest guys around. You really can’t go wrong with him if you’re looking for a dentist!

Pacific Dental - Tom St. Germain, DDS (Dr. St. Germain) absolutely deserves this overdue review. I had a fantastic experience back in July 2025. They cleaned my teeth, completed a tooth extraction, and did a crown, and the entire process was professional, thorough, and surprisingly smooth. This office is amazing, especially because they actually make the crown in the dental office, so it can be shaped and placed the same day. That level of convenience and efficiency is incredible. Everyone was so kind and reassuring, and I genuinely felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Jane was the first to greet me, and she was wonderful. She made sure I had a great experience and helped keep me calm during the procedures. Dr. St. Germain was excellent: thorough, understanding, and patient. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend Pacific Dental to anyone looking for professional, high-quality dental care with a team that truly treats you with kindness and respect.
