Hill Family Dental

The older lady that was working on my insurance had an attitude about her. It seemed as though she didn’t want me to have any insurance and in fact she said my procedure was not covered and seemed almost happy about it. I had to pay the entire bill. My previous dentist submitted the insurance claims then after the insurance paid their portion that’s when I paid the rest. But they didn’t even want to submit it today to see if they would pay some of it. I have three insurance policies but they will only accept two. I’m afraid if I submit this review there may be some more negativity when I go back tomorrow. Don’t know that I will use them for my long term care.

Dr. Hill is an Amazing dentist. My family has gone to him for years, he’s always really friendly and great at explaining procedures and answering any questions. His dental assistants are also wonderful however his front desk receptionist I believe her name is Pam comes off annoyed when my kids come in and makes comments that are unnecessary for example… We are self pay and when the DA informed her we pay out of pocket she rolled her eyes and said “of course you do” not sure why she’s annoyed when we have always paid and my family has spent thousands of dollars there and always pay everything upfront and do not make payments.

Dr. Hill was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so glad I came to his office. I had dental treatment here, and everything went very well. Dr. Hill was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Hill and his team!

I usually have so much anxiety going to the dentist, but I have to say every visit I've had here has actually been very pleasant. (Which I never thought I'd say about a dental appointment, haha!) I feel as though I had so many accommodations I needed/asked for, but no one at this office made me feel bad for it and even went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and feeling alright the entire time. I definitely plan to keep coming here and I am so grateful I found this place. Thank you to everyone who works here for the kindness and consideration you all have!

I had not been to the dentist in quite a while and the young lady who I am assuming was the assistant was so understanding- because I was extremely nervous and a little emotional. She was excellent. Dr. Hill was very nice and helpful when he checked my teeth. The receptionist was so wonderful- explained all the options and was so pleasant and easy to talk to. I was so impressed with this group- kudos - I know my next experience will be great.

Great experience with Dr. Jared Hill. Him and his team didn’t have to make any effort to make me feel welcomed. And the cleaning and general checking procedure was fast and amazing. I am so thankful I found them!
