I had an excellent experience today with Cristina my new hygienist. Did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth with a very gentle hand. I would definitely recommend her services.

I wish I had listened to the reviews! No issue with the dentistry, however, I was told they accepted my insurance and then 4 months later received a text asking for my credit card number to pay a bill from Rockaway Beach. No amount listed, no information about what the bill was for. I called and asked to discuss the bill with the manager the office assistant refused and ended the call. I texted asking to speak with the manager and received no response. I still have not received the bill itself other than the text asking for my credit card information. I have tried to call and email about this issue several times and no one answers the phone or emails/calls me back. It is honestly unbelievable. Really, really disappointed. We had been going for over a year with no issues and then to be treated so poorly was just upsetting.

Wonderful experience! Everyone is very warm and welcoming. They’re flexible when time allows and even fit my husband in for emergency dental work 30 minutes after we called. The practice understood what was important to me and provided me with information and choices to make the best decision for my dental health. They ended up staying longer than my initial appointment time to fit all my needs into one session. Great practice. No pressure or up sells; just simple dentistry.

I recently switched to Dr. Jessica Tseng, D.D.S., and couldn't be happier with my experience. The customer service is outstanding from the front desk to the back office--everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Tseng took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. It's clear that patient care is a top priority. I highly recommend Dr. Tseng and her team to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

I recommend this dental office! I've had my teeth cleaned here twice, and the cleanings were efficient and thorough. Also, the crowns I had done a few months ago are holding fast, and the procedures all went smoothly. Both the dentists and staff are attentive and friendly.

I’m so glad I found Rockaway Beach Dental Group—it’s a dentist close to home, which makes visits so much more convenient. Dr. Victor and his team were friendly, and the exam was very thorough. It was also a pleasant surprise to see Bobby, the administrative assistant from my previous dental office, now working here. I knew I was in good hands from the start. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful when my insurance wasn’t verified by the insurance company. They helped to resolve the issue quickly.This was my first visit after open season as a new patient at Rockaway Beach Dental.They offered me options in case I did not have coverage.
