Family Tree Dental - Rosemar

As always, my experience with Family Tree Dental was pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful with regard to care and keeping out of pocket costs to a minimum.The Dentists are professional and thorough. This is my second year under their care. I have recommended their services to my friends and family and continue to do so.

I love everyone at Family Tree Dental. From the front desk, to the techs and dentists…..everyone has always been so kind. Beth is my hygenist. She’s always friendly and fun but also very gentle. She does an excellent job. I can’t recommend them enough!

I came in after years of neglecting my dental health and oral hygiene due to mental health issues, feeling ashamed and embarrassed for the condition my teeth were in. Because of bad experiences at other practices, I was so nervous what staff would say or how I would be treated because of my lack of dental care. However, the Family Tree Dental team was the exact opposite. Every person I came into contact with was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and understanding. Not only did they not add to my shame over my teeth, but they showed sincere compassion and worked to alleviate those negative feelings. My dentist was very clinical and matter-of-fact in his assessment, identifying the issues he found and the plan for treatment in a straight forward, gentle way with no judgment. It feels good to be taking steps to improve my dental health, and to have a supportive, knowledgeable team to do it with.

I took my four year old daughter in for a cleaning and everyone was great. Everyone was so nice and worked so well with her. Very professional. Im happy to call them our family dentist.

Last minute my sitter fell through so I had to take my almost 3 year old by myself to my appointment. It was a rocky start and she wasn’t behaving how I would’ve liked her too, but they were so accommodating and even took her to get a toy so I could get the X-rays they needed. I truly appreciate how they handled it and it made an already rough situation much easier. The Dr was very accommodating as well and didn’t mind when my daughter came over to the chair to see what he was doing. Overall a great experience there. Thank you.

Family Tree Dental on Rosemary Road is very efficient, proficient and thorough. We checked in and within minutes we were taken back for our cleaning. (My wife and I) Her cleaning was a little faster than mine, but I feel my cleaning was very thorough. I remember the days when cleanings were gruelling. I would actually leave with scrapes and sores would develop after my regular visits. The new technology is easy, painless, and doesn't cause any cuts or srcapes on my jaws. The hygienist told me everything she was doing prior to doing it. She noted a lesion on my tongue. Took appropriate pictures, then had Dr. Bo look at it. We will follow up in a month. You are in and out pretty quickly which is nice. My wife and I reminisce about our previous dentists. We knew them. We'd see them out, and we could carry a conversation with them about common interests. I don't think this will be the case with the staff at Family Tree Dental. They are nice, professional, but it doesn't seem to be a place where personal relationahips are built over time.
