63 yr old terrified when I walked in, ecstatic and humbled walking out. Many years of neglected Dental care resulted in pain and anxiety taking the necessity of dealing with the pain becoming the prevailing factor over addressing the anxiety. Dr Russell's team without exception are professional, courteous, considerate and experts in their fields. Zero pain (yes, zero) on my recent visit prompting this review. I could not be more happy with a provider than I am from my experiences at Placerville Dental Care. An absolute gem in our little mountain berg.

Everyone was so kind and helpful here ! Love how Dr Russel was thorough and made sure I knew what she was doing the whole time as well as Maya who was very gentle on the gums and teeth no pain at all ! Jennifer at the front desk was quick and extremely helpful as well

I am so happy and thankful to be a patient here. Dr Russell is amazing!! She is so gentle and has compassion for my dental issues. I have jaw problems and I haven’t had a sore jaw after any of my appointments. I was so comfortable with her, Michelle, Maya and the other staff. I’ve been to many dentists and I think she’s the best!!! The hygienists are great also, I’ve seen Roxanna and Kathy and they were both very gentle with my jaw. Jenn & Jennifer at the front office are so very welcoming and helpful. I’ve never had to wait for an appt, they are always on time. I feel so very lucky to be a patient at this wonderful office!!
