The staff at Escalon family dental was polite and professional. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the front desk. Shortly after my hygienist Nikki greeted me in the waiting room with a smile then escorted me to her room. She was polite, professional and made me feel comfortable while she performed her duties.

My last dental appointment was interesting. I had an early time, 0800, and was still half asleep and grumpy. Dr. Marshall and his team ground off a crown, build up the impacted tooth and affixed a temporary crown. You might ask, “Well, what was so interesting?” ….I layed in the dental chair for 90 minutes and was transformed…I went from irritable and crabby to peaceful and content. I believe it was because of the good energy and high level a care I was given…I left the office with a bounce in my step and had a great day…that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

Staff is always welcoming, personable and easy going. Making an appt and receiving reminders are very convenient for a busy family like ours! The have called to confirm and one time I wasn’t able to make it, but we rescheduled over the phone and the appt was NOT 3 months out like other dental offices we’ve been to. We’ve been going here since we moved and Looking forward to the next appt!

They always do an amazing job of taking care of my needs. Today I called in to be seen and they made time to see me and took care of the issue. Highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to both the Ripon and Escalon offices for several years and have consistently had a great experience. Dr. Marshall and his team are friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about patient comfort. The office is always clean and welcoming, appointments run on time, and everything is explained clearly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, quality dental care!

Dr Brady and his staff area amazing. They always get me in and make me feel so comfortable I highly recommend them. I just absolutely love Dr Brady and my assistant Stacie she really helps with my anxiety if I go in for an appointment, I make sure I request her. Everyone else is great there too. I just love her spunky personality and it is very personable for me and Dr Brady you feel like more of a friend with him and putting up with me. I know it’s a lot because I have a very precise bite and I’m very sensitive. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
