I had the same dentist for over 30 years and eventually brought my husband and son over, so when he retired my husband and I honestly weren't sure we'd ever find an office we felt as comfortable with or trusted the same way. We went through a few places that just didn't feel right — either the dentist wasn't a good fit, or the hygienists lacked the quality of work we were used to. Then we found Dr. Ryan J. Poppin's office here in Ripon. After my first visit, I was still a little unsure — honestly, I just needed a few more visits to make up my mind. But then Dr. Poppin found and fixed a problem for my husband, without pressuring us into anything unnecessary or costly, and that's when we were able to trust we'd found the right office. By our second cleaning, we met Kassandra, and that sealed it. She's thorough, gentle, and genuinely personable — she resolved trouble spots that previous hygienists were never able to fix. Dr. Poppin himself puts us at ease and clearly knows what he's talking about. After 30-plus years with one dentist, we didn't think we'd find a team we could trust this much again, but this office has earned it. If you're in Ripon looking for a dentist and hygienist you can rely on, we can't recommend them enough.

Where do I start?! Front office staff is welcoming, my hygienist Jennifer is the sweetest, as well as every dental assistant in his office. I continue to recommend Dr. Poppin every chance I get. In my last procedure, Dr. Poppin explained each moment ahead of time so I was aware and not surprised. His team does the same. They are extraordinary in patient care and kindness. I'm not related or paid to give my praise.

I came in with a broken crown and had a very positive experience. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain the process and what to expect. Throughout the visit, they consistently checked on my comfort, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this dentist and their staff.

T this review is long overdue. I had an appointment back in March to get a tooth taken out. I have never enjoyed the dentist office, but it had to be done when I walked through those doors. I’m a 12 year-old and a 64-year-old body, but it didn’t seem to take long for things to change and make the appointment at a dental office. One of the best I’ve ever had they were all great staff doctor always asking how you’re feeling how you doing how how how did that feel? How is this? It was just amazing even as I was walking to my car in the parking lot. One of the staff was leaving and told me to have a great day. Amazing anybody who has that same problem with issues of dentist need to come and see this doctor in the staff.

So happy I made the change to this practice, which came highly recommended. Dr. poppin and all technical staff attend with comfort and care. It is pleasing to walk into a clean, neat office greeted by a very friendly and efficient staff. It is five stars for me!

Dr. Poppin’s dental office is truly exceptional. From the friendly and professional front desk staff to the knowledgeable and caring team in the back (today we had Jennifer and Tami), every part of the experience was outstanding. My children felt completely at ease and even wanted to come back the very next day! I fully trust Dr. Poppin and his team and highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality dental care for the whole family.
