Dental Care of Round Lake Beach

Super kind and gentle hygienist made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that she was doing in order to ease my anxiety. The dentist was very kind too.

This place is awesome! Setting up my appointment was super easy and the whole experience from when I walked in to the office and all the way throughout the whole visit, everyone took care of me. I felt as if I were among people I’d known for a while based on their great hospitality. Everything was explained very clearly and I not once felt forced to choose any service I didn’t want to receive. They simply asked me what I was looking to get taken care of, they explained their findings to me and gave me their best recommendations based on what they find for my oral care. Gave me transparency with the total cost of everything and gave me the freedom to choose when if so, I’d like to come back for any future work. Definitely found my place after visiting many dental offices and being dissatisfied every time.

Was there over two hours, Also was supposed to receive an email within 15 minutes of leaving. This is two days and still haven’t received an email felt like because I said I couldn’t afford implants. I was pushed aside and not treated very well. The dental assistant I had was very nice. that’s the only positive thing I’ll say

Absolutely painless wisdom tooth extraction. Before I knew it the doctor was stitching up the wound. No pain and super quick. Pricing was very fair and their super advanced 3d imaging was insane! Definitely coming back to this place everything dental. Best experience I've ever had. Thank you so much doctor and staff !

So far, so good. All staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I can’t wait to finish up with Dr. Kwon, and see the work the lab does.

It's was great. They took their time to explain everything. Great customer service. Nice friendly customer service. They did a thorough exam and x-rays. Highly recommend.

I initially ran into a frustrating issue that had to due with their front office. My issues were resolved and made right. They really do a great job here. They are also CLEAN! I highly recommend this place. If something does go wrong they’ll work to fix it! Staff is excellent
