I just completed my dental cleaning at Round Rock Dentists. My dental hygenist, Sasitorn was extremely helpful and exceptional with my cleaning. She was very detailed and explained everything with my dental check up and cleaning. I highly recommend Sasitorn in the future and look forward to seeing her again.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office, and I especially want to recognize Melissa! She cleaned my teeth and was absolutely amazing. I was feeling very anxious and stressed about the process, but from the moment I met her, she was so kind, patient, and reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and completely at ease throughout the entire experience. I saw her on two different days back-to-back, and both experiences were wonderful. Melissa did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate the care and kindness she showed me. I also want to give a big thank you to Dr. Farrar. She was wonderful! We discussed some treatment plans, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging she was. She made me feel confident that she could help me with the issues I’ve been experiencing, and that meant a lot to me. I also have to mention Chrissy at the front desk! She is so sweet, kind, and helpful. She took the time to explain my insurance and benefits and helped me through the approval process. She is truly a joy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! ❤️ Thank you, ladies for making what I was nervous about such a positive experience! ❤️

For as long as I can remember, going to the dentist has been something that caused me a lot of anxiety and fear. Because of that, finding a dental office where I truly felt safe and cared for meant everything to me. Dr. Farrar and her dental assistant, Chrissy, were beyond incredible. They were so patient, gentle, and understanding throughout my entire visit. They talked me through everything they were doing, checked on me constantly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. For the first time in a very long time, I felt genuinely at ease in a dentist chair, and that is something I will never forget. I also want to sincerely thank Brittany for being so kind and helpful. She took the time to carefully explain all of my insurance coverage and made sure I understood everything completely. She never made me feel rushed and truly went above and beyond to help me. It’s very rare to come across a team that treats people with this much compassion, patience, and kindness. Every person in the office made me feel welcomed and cared for, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the exceptional experience they gave me. I am deeply grateful for the way they treated me, and I can confidently say I have found my dental office for life.

I recently transitioned to a new dental insurance plan and selected Round Rock Dentists as my primary provider, and I could not be happier with the decision. To be honest, I have not always had the best experiences at other dental clinics in the past, but the team here completely changed my perspective. I was so pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism, genuine friendliness, and exceptional quality of care I received from every person I encountered. I especially want to highlight my dental hygienist, Sasitorn Torres, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make the entire visit much less stressful for me. It is rare to find a practice where the whole staff is this dedicated, and I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience.

I had such a wonderful experience, & is all thanks to the Staff! Each team member that assisted me were absolutely phenomenal, they were very welcoming and very helpful. Chrissy is a five star customer service rep! She was helping me trying to figure out my insurance for some reason I was having issues and she was so patient, and making phone calls for me. Unfortunately my insurance wasn’t going through, so she offered the first time special for $59, and it was exactly what I needed! She was so thoughtful and caring every step of the way Denise is a wonder woman on a mission, I appreciate her attention to detail and her quick help in doing my exams & kept things nice & tidy! Sasi is the sweetest, coolest, smartest, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful dental hygienist. She did an amazing job and assessing my needs and giving me a great clean. She walked me through every step And helped me understand what exactly I need to do to help myself at home. She made me feel very comfortable and we had a great conversation! Last but not least Dr. Farrar, she is super sweet & extremely knowledgeable as well. She walked me through some home care and things to look out for! Overall a great experience, and I’ll be back!! :)

Theresa took my X-rays in the beginning. She was very sweet and made the x-ray portion move quickly. Dr. Megans was great. He completed my exam very quickly and painlessly. He offered advice to prevent any future issues and let me know which floss options were the best. Denise then helped me with the floss, polish, and fluoride and was very kind and helped make then end of my appointment just as painless. I would highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

I brought my dad here a couple of months ago, but this was my first appointment. I’ve always found the front desk staff to be pleasant and professional but had no experience with the rest of the staff. For my visit, Theresah, the DA, was patient, kind, and professional. Dr. Farrar was very reassuring and easy to talk to. And Chrissy from the front was friendly, thorough and clear in communications about plans and costs. Thank you for making the dentist visit an easier experience.
