I was nervous entering the dental clinic because I know I have a lot of work ahead of me to get my smile back, but Kristin and Dr. Smith made me feel very reassured and comfortable with the road ahead. I look forward to returning to get all my dental work done with this crew. Highly recommend!!

They are the best dental clinic anywhere! They've fit me in immediately for an emergency when my previous dentist wanted me to wait 72 hrs. They managed to fix my open spaces between teeth when other dentists told me there was nothing I could do about it. They taken me as a cash only patient when my insurance wanted more money as a copay then I would pay as a cash only patient with PC smiles. Highly recommend!

Dr. Smith is the best. He is kind and gentle and he can give dental shots without pain. Best dentist I have ever had. The hygentist team, dental assistants, and the front desk staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Skipped the dentist for twelve years, whoops! Booked an appointment and had a few things to work on. Cassandra was my dental hygienist and did an outstanding job! Dr. Smith was so kind and funny! Really calmed my nerves and it all just went so well from start to finish! Now with a couple visits under my belt, I’m back on the right track. Cassandra’s compassion, attentiveness and kindness were amazing and she deserves a raise! I’m now a client of theirs for life thanks to the great first (and second) impression! See you in six months! 🥰

Dr. Smith and Mary are the best. I have now had 7 crowns and one filling with them as my care team. They always prioritize my comfort and care while also making me laugh! I was sent to PC smiles by the VA for in community care, and I am so thankful I was. They have helped me navigate the VA care system to get critical care authorized. I will absolutely come here for all my future dental needs. HIGHLY recommend.

Great experience after too many years of not going to dentist. Olga (I believe that was her name) was fantastic. She was very professional and easy to talk to. The Dr was straightforward and they went through a detailed plan to correct a few issues I had been putting off.

Just had my cleaning at Smiles Dental yesterday and I have to say… such a great experience! 🦷✨ I’ve actually been coming here for about four years now, and I absolutely love this place. Every visit has been consistent, professional, and comfortable. I went in with no pain at all and felt at ease the entire time. I had a new dental hygienist this visit and she was amazing—super gentle, very informative, and made sure I understood everything throughout the appointment. It’s not always easy to find a dental office you can truly trust long-term, but Smiles Dental has been that for me. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s caring, thorough, and reliable!

Novacane plus (out of pocket extra cost, for nitrous & for attending hygenist), schedule when you make appointment as they have special hygienists trained to administer nitrous. They monitor you so you will wake up later. For my slim build, setting of 30 is my max setting, 25 is good enough. They will give you instructions and you set hand signals. If your brain starts to feel light headed, finger signal down. I just used it for my 3 separate crown temporaries. Novacane enough for placing permanent crown. Only a few dentists use nitrous in Salem.
