Bancroft Dental Care

My 10-year needed an emergency tooth pull and we recently changed insurance so its been hard. We called Bancroft Dental they got us in and worked with us immediately to make sure she got the care she needed. Quick. Immediate. Friendly and kind service. Could not recommend more. We found our family dentistry! Specifically Dr. Pari and Josie. Just fantastic!

I spent 20 months with my invisaligns getting my teeth straight for an implant. Only for after those 20 months for the implant surgeon to consistently cancel my appointments every Monday for 3 months, never got a call from the lead implant surgeon. They literally just stop contacting me and I feel took for 3300 dollars. Now I have to find a new dentist. Thanks Bancroft Partial Dental Care.👎🏿

Best dental practice ever! Aaron is very welcoming and makes the check-in process a breeze! The office is always neat and visually appealing — very inviting atmosphere! Dr. Alex is very gentle, patient and efficient. The pace always flows smoothly with him — this the type of doctor you look forward to seeing. Geena, the hygienist is terrific! Her cleanings are miracle work — my teeth feel so pure afterwards! It’s always wonderful to see Dr. Mike! He’s very personable — he makes you feel seen, understood and right-at-home. A exceptional doctor & human being! 10/10!

My first time there last week and it was great! The staff are friendly and efficient, everyone introduced themselves and I loved the fact that they were telling you everything they were doing, things they found, they even showed me what they were looking at. I was so at ease! My last dentist retired and this place couldn’t have been any better! looking forward to a long partnership with Bancroft Dental!

I felt at ease coming in this dental practice. Everyone from start to finish was warm and professional. My x-ray technician was gentle, thank you Monica! My dental hygienist, Enica, was super gentle! Thank you Dr. Chow for explanation of what needed to be done. I was surprised that I was able to get in at the same day tooth extraction. Dr. K was amazing, I didn't feel any pain and the next day was painless as well. Also many thanks to your assistant. Thank you Santiago for your professionalism and warm personality. Everyone was wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new dental care!

Excellent service very professional and my cleaning was amazing. From the time I walked in everyone was professional and the hygienist did amazing cleaning and they explained my exrays thoroughly. Looking forward to my next cleaning in 3 months. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. Had my Second cleaning done it was still great service clean environment and relaxing ambiance. I had a different hygienist this time but still was professional.

I was looking for a new dentist when I came across Bancroft. I was specifically looking for a dentist to accept my current insurance medical through Alameda Alliance. I fount out they did not accept the insurance during my visit but, offered flexible payments plans which is a plus. The booking an appointment process was very convenient and easy through sms. Waiting to be called took no time I still was filling out paperwork. The staff was very alert, attentive, and wanted to help find a solution. I went in for a braces extraction and cleaning. Both services were completed same day. I will be returning.

Edit- Dr. Pari (bka Dr. Painless) is amazing! She understood my dental anxiety and was very patient with me. I’ll follow her anywhere she goes. I was able to get scheduled the same day (Sunday) after my filling came out. I was able to meet with the dentist to schedule restoration work. I recommend the premium plan. I’m not sure who I spoke to yesterday, they were rude, but everyone was welcoming today! I look forward to working with Dr. Pari.
