My Community Dental Centers ~ Sandusky

Doesn't take 6 months for dentures to be made. They lied to me and told me up to 5 weeks until I got them. They don't or won't tell me why either. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

As of right now, it's 5 stars. I have major dental anxiety. The people here were absolutely AMAZING. They understood, they helped me, worked with me, first time in years I felt heard by a dentist office. My first visit, I was a complete wreck, so bad my blood pressure was super high! They let me do what I had to do to calm myself. Today's visit, I was calm, and ready. The dentist asked multiple times if I was ok and needed a break. Not once did they make feel insecure about my teeth or scared or anything negative. This place have just helped me get over my fear. Still have a few more visits, but so far, it's been the best experience I've had at a dentist office. ❤️

Staff is very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Robichaud is phenomenal! I scheduled a cleaning and there was some cancellations so they were able to get me in for some fillings the same day.

They took our 4 year old son back without us and without explaining why we couldn’t be in the room with him for X-ray. I was extremely uncomfortable with their service because they took almost 20 to bring us in the room. I will never let my son go back here he is 4 years old he cannot make decisions for himself at that age.

Very pleased with my experience. Staff is very friendly and treats you more like family. New dentures today, was so nice to be able to eat again.

The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, making every appointment a pleasant experience. They take the time to explain everything clearly and ensure you’re comfortable throughout. I’m thrilled with my decision to choose this dentist and can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

My visit today was excellent, and the teeth cleaning was top notch! The hygienist named Jen did a thorough job, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and wonderful at explaining everything. She made the experience first class! Kudos to her!
