This was our first visit, I can’t tell you as a mom of 4 they made me feel like home here. Very kind and very accommodating. I brought my 4 month and 2 year load for my daughters appointment they went above and beyond to help me I would definitely recommend this office to anybody!!

I can’t recommend Gulland Orthodontics enough! The entire staff is phenomenal. You’re greeted with a friendly smile every time you walk in and the kids always leave with a freshly baked cookie. They do little contests like guessing how many items are in a jar to win gift cards, they have a great waiting room for kids and they have a coffee bar for the parents. The attention to detail and care put into each of their patients is truly wonderful and we’ll never go anywhere else. One of ours finished braces, one has them currently and one will get them in the future. No issues ever, no excessive wait times and quality care. We absolutely Gulland!

Took my grandson in for his initial consultation, and we were very impressed by the friendly staff, welcoming environment, and the comprehensive consultation. Very highly recommended! Update 5/20/24, he's still got his braces and everything is going very smoothly. If he has a question or problem he calls and they get him right in. They always provide a school excuse without having to ask, and the waiting room is so nice, with coffee, tea, charging ports, and entertainment for young siblings. Superior treatment and customer service. Update 2025, braces are off and my grandson looks great! Retainers are supplied and we still have checkups. I'm sure we could call and get excellent service if we had any questions or problems. Excellent business, wonderful caring people. Very happy with the whole process.

Had my first appointment today and it was amazing! Dr Gulland and the staff is very kind and welcoming and explains to you what there are going to do. Made me feel comfortable my whole visit. I am extremely glad that I chose this place.

Had our first visit today, and to say it was an amazing experience doesn't do it justice. My 9-year-old is autistic and has severe oral aversions. He has also had a lot of bad experiences dental-wise, so I asked our dentist to refer us to the best orthodontist for the job. He immediately said that Dr. Gulland is the best! Our appointment was at 2:50, my son was greeted as soon as we walked in and taught how to sign himself in to the computer. There is a kids area with pads, coloring, and a movie playing which was very cool! We were taken to the back almost immediately with no wait and started his evaluation. He had his xrays done and picture taken and the staff handled him absolutely perfectly, explaining every step and allowing him to ask questions. He struggled a little with not giggling during his photo shoot, but (I am terrible with names) the girl helping him was super patient and sweet with him. When Dr. Gulland came in, he examined him and explained everything in a way that my son understood. What I appreciated the most about Dr. G was that he didn't suggest immediately jumping into treatment in multiple phases or starting immediately just to make it more costly (we've had that experience with other orthos in the past). He explained when we will likely start treatment, why we will start then, what changes we are waiting for with his teeth, and what we need to watch. While we still have time before we start treatment, based on our initial consult and the fact that I have two older kids who have been through braces elsewhere Dr. G and his staff are some of the good ones. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for patient and understanding staff and a fun environment!

Dr. Gulland is so thorough and detailed in explaining my children’s treatment plans. He also took the time to answer all of their questions. Dr.G has a great reputation and I can see why! That’s why I’m traveling an hour to take my kids to see him!
