Every time I have had work done here, the various dentists have done great work from fillings to root canal retreatments. The biggest issue is their unprofessionalism when it comes to scheduling. They are not very attentive at scheduling. I've had multiple issues with scheduling appointments and not getting notified that the office was closed or the doctor was out. I remember going to my scheduled dental appointment only for the office to be closed with no notification of the office closed. The last two appointments I've had scheduled, within 24 hours of the appointment, they text and say they don't have a dentist in the office closest to me and then give me a difficult time with rescheduling over assigning their office to my insurance. If anything they should make it easy to reschedule appointments considering the number of times they have cancelled on me. After this last attempt to reschedule and complete final dental, if I have difficulty, they can cut their losses. This makes it very inconvenient as I have a business to run myself and my time is just as valuable as theirs.

Dr. McLaughlin is very attentive , careful and professional. I felt well treated. The ambiance and the customer skills of the team is amazing . Thank you !!!!

It is the worst place where I have ever been to dentist appointments. They don’t have respect for the patients. Them make you wait for long time to one hour or more and they never know, when you ask what happened. If I can qualify them their grads would be -0.

I have consistently had excellent experiences with Dr. Tam and her team. They are always professional, compassionate, and ready to assist in any way possible. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and service they provide.
