Having worked in a couple dental offices as a treatment coordinator and office manager along with working for a support/corporate team and seeing the ins and outs of dental offices, I am always leery of how our experience will be. I can hands down say our experience at South Western Dental met my expectations and then some. Allie, hygienist, was so sweet, kind and thorough. She listened to my needs along with what works/doesn’t work for me. She was patient when technology was giving her issues, also. Dr. Hanson was equally as wonderful- she was very kind, understanding and even patient with my 6 year old who wanted to be in her space and watch everything she was doing. She didn’t over treatment plan which I have seen time and time again- she explained and showed why certain treatment was recommended and why certain areas we will watch. The front office team was quick and efficient and Amanda, OM, always makes sure everyone feels supported and receives what they’re hoping for. We look forward to making South Western our dental home moving forward. 🤍

I can’t recommend this dental office enough! My husband, my two stepkids, and I all go here, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience. The entire team genuinely cares about their patients. They always remember little details about our lives, which makes us feel heard, valued, and more than just another appointment on the schedule. They also do an excellent job communicating every step of the process, making sure you understand what’s happening and keeping you as comfortable as possible throughout your visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touch truly set them apart. I recommend them 100% to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Every aspect of my 6 mo. cleaning experience is top notch. No long waits - Ally is the best at telling me what she is doing and why. Dr Hanson is kind and understanding and very thorough in her exam and any follow up needed for additional work.

South Western Dental provided the best experience I’ve ever encountered with my first visit. The atmosphere is professional and at the same time very comfortable, and I experienced the most thorough cleaning and exam. Mariah engaged in such a kind and caring manner as my hygienist and Dr. Tyson is the best dentist ever with the greatest personality. I received thorough feedback and was so impressed with the approach of all personnel. This will be my landing zone for dental care for the long haul. I highly recommend!

This was my first visit to South Western Dental. The staff was very friendly and professional, from the receptionist to the assistants to the dentist. They were all knowledgeable and informative. Made sure I knew what was happening and was comfortable. Highly recommended to everyone.

I hadn't been to a dentist in four years after a horrible experience at another local dentist office. One of the crowns that they put in cracked in half and ultimately fell out. I knew that I was not going to go back there to have it fixed. I asked Facebook friends for a recommendation and a couple of friends suggested South Western Dental. I called and they got me in right away...same day! Pretty unheard of for a new patient! Left there with a temporary crown. Each and every person I encountered from the front desk, to the hygienist, assistant and dentist was so sweet. No one made me feel guilty about not being at a dentist for so long. One even apologized for the the awful treatment I had at that other place. Went back in for the permanent crown, then a cleaning and then the next cleaning 6 months later. Thank you South Western Dental for restoring my faith in getting good dental care. You all are truly the best!

My kids and I have gone to Southwestern Dental for years with Dr. Hansen. The staff always does a phenomenal job. Everything is always clean and precise. They are always very thorough.
