These guys are awesome. I immediately felt at home as if I’ve known everyone for years. Front desk first impressions are powerful, and these girls got their southern hospitality on point. Dr. Mahmood was extremely thorough and presented clear treatment plan options. Before everything though, she wanted to get to know me before diving in. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Smyrna Family Dentistry! Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. The front office staff was knowledgeable and helpful, the technicians were patient and caring, and Dr. Villar took the time to get to know me, review my X-rays, and clearly explain my dental needs. I truly appreciated the personalized care and look forward to continuing my relationship with the practice!

Dr. Mahmood was very thorough and kind throughout the whole exam. She gave a very detailed explanation for all treatments needed. Mari is wonderful! Super sweet on the phone and in person. The hygienist and assistants were also very kind and compassionate. Would definitely recommend this dentist to friends and family!

She was thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout the visit, making the experience very comfortable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Villar for the first time, and he was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain everything, carefully broke down any issues he identified, and made sure I understood exactly what was needed. Nothing felt rushed or confusing, just honest, thoughtful communication that immediately built trust and confidence. My wife has been coming to this practice for 30 years, and after this visit, I can absolutely see why. The entire team consistently delivers a high level of care, professionalism, and kindness that makes patients feel valued, informed, and at ease. We left feeling well cared for and grateful to have found such a trustworthy dental team.

This was such an ahhhhmazing dental visit!! Thank you to the entire staff! From Dr. Villar with the painless shots to Mari at the front greeting me with a smile, everyone was so kind! Maggie and Janeth were wonderful as well. Everyone made me feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommend if you are an anxious-dentist-visit person!!

I had the most amazing experience at Smyrna Family Dentistry. Of course the appointment itself was done well but it was the people that stuck out. From the second I arrived I was treated like someone they’ve known for forever. Banny helped me check in and she was lovely. Yvonne cleaned my teeth and she made my day. Dr. Mahmood was a delight. Mari helped me out at the end of my appointment. All around 10/10 experience. I’m telling my friends!

Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were very prompt in getting me in without long wait times, which I really appreciated. Dr. Mahmood is especially wonderful—super kind, patient, and very thorough when it comes to explaining everything. She took the time to walk me through my treatment and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Alex, Mari, and Bonnie were all very sweet and nice in the office. They created such a warm and comfortable environment, making the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Overall, this office provides excellent care with a personal touch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and compassionate.

I'm not a fan of the dentist I get such anxiety. First I want to start off with the front desk Keysha & Alex greeted me with great customer service made me feel a little more comfortable and at ease. Was very flexible with the scheduling times. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable so I wasn't as anxious. Dr. Villar really took the time to really listen to me (I've never experienced that) and that meant a lot as it made me feel more comfortable. I was really happy with my other dentist but I'm happy to say I will be a forever patient here at Smyrna family dentistry. I'm sorry if I forgot any names but I want to thank the whole staff for making me feel very comfortable and not as anxious as I was. I also would like to mention I had my cleaning done by Maggie and she was so thorough explaining everything she was going to do with me wiped everything down of what she used I loved that she gave me sunglasses being that I have light sensitivity due to migraines, she even draped a nice light warm cloth over my face (but to make sure not to cover my nose and jokes it's spa time 🤭) so while cleaning it doesn't splash up on my face. I have to say I never schedule my cleanings 6 months out. I'll either wait for the practice to call me but I scheduled it right there with her Maggie She made me feel so relaxed & comfortable she was that good. The last time I had a cleaning that was that memorable and that good was when I was 6 years old living in Puerto Rico that says a lot Thank you again so much to everyone in making my decision with staying as a patient at your practice Dr. Brandon Villar.
