Trailhead Dental - Dentist Spokane

If I could give this dental office more stars I would, they have the most sweetest people. Front desk was super patient, kind and comforting as well as the dentist assistant which whom l’ll be sticking with forever super comforting and light handed made sure I was okay during the cleaning process offered Vaseline before starting the cleaning so my lips don’t dry up so much which is very thoughtful. She explained the images and also answered all my questions. I also appreciate that the doctor invests in higher modern tech it makes my appointments a lot easier and faster. For once in my life I enjoy going to the dentist, they are incredible. P.S- They have a massage chair in the lobby, sodas, hot cocoa, teas and coffee. I will be trying out that massage chair when I go back. 😂

I had my first appointment at Trailhead Dental today. Every employee was professional, kind and took the time to answer questions and explain what was being done. The front desk staff were very friendly from the moment I made my appointment and walked in the door. The dental hygienist I saw today, Taylor M, was very polite, gentle and friendly. Dr. Storer took the time to answer questions and appears to be quite knowledgeable. Additionally, the office is very clean, has state of the art and high-tech/modern equipment and I love the design and layout.

Current technology was outstanding! Angie, my dental hygienist was wonderful , kind and gentle. She communicated with me and told me exactly what she was doing and how she was doing it. Dr. Storer was knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing. I was very impressed and highly recommend them!

I have so much trepidation and anxiety With dental stuff and trailhead dental’s staff are AMAZING! They’re welcoming, smiling, the reception area is beautiful with a comfy massage chair etc. they took their time and made sure I was okay the entire time. They all listened to my concerns and the doctor took his time going over everything and making sure I was comfortable with the dental plan. I am so grateful! I’m definitely switching my family to their care! Julie you were an AWESOME lady and I appreciate your patience with me.

I have to start by saying that I HATE the dentist. With that being said, the staff and team are some of the very best! Delaynee was extremely friendly and made the experience enjoyable. When I checked out and scheduled my follow-up appointment Aubrey was so helpful and friendly. Also the hygienist was super nice and friendly as well. Thank you all for making me hate the dentist a little less.

My first appointment with them was very welcoming and comfortable! They have a comfort menu with different options and their lobby even has drinks and a massage chair. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyable experience!

The dentist was especially outstanding—thorough, attentive, and genuinely focused on my overall health, not just my teeth. I truly felt cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive and professional dental experience.
