Vibe Dentistry Spring

This was my first time at this dentist’s office, and I was very pleased with the entire experience! I had a deep cleaning done, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. I’ve had deep cleanings before that were pretty uncomfortable, so this experience made me realize that maybe I wasn’t being numbed properly in the past! 😂 Everyone was great, and I’m definitely planning to keep coming here. Highly recommend!

What a great first appointment experience. I had a few cavities found during my cleaning appointment. Instead of making additional appointments for the process, he did everything in 1 appointment; cleaning and cavities. Works awesome when the appointment is made on your day off. Also, if someone has anxiety with dental work, gives you no time to worry with it. Highly recommend Vibe Dentistry!

Very good experience ! Very nice people. And I really like the clarity of their billing . Billing has been a problem at other offices, they quote you a price they come up with more bills. This office does their homework and call your insurance and it's always accurate

I truly wish I could leave a positive review, as I always prefer to support local businesses, but unfortunately my experience here has left me with no choice but to warn others. My main issue has nothing to do with the quality of the work itself, it's the shocking lack of professionalism when it comes to their billing practices. After nearly two full years of silence, I was suddenly contacted about a past-due balance. Two years. Let that sink in. Any reasonable business with proper bookkeeping and respect for their customers would address a billing discrepancy in a timely manner, not reach out almost 24 months later as if no time had passed. It was completely unexpected, frustrating, and frankly, unacceptable. A business that waits this long to communicate a financial issue clearly has serious organizational problems, and it makes you wonder what else is being mismanaged behind the scenes. It's not fair to customers who have long since moved on, assuming everything was settled. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any future work. There are several other dentistries in the area that are well-reviewed, transparent, and actually have their act together. I'd strongly encourage anyone looking for dentistry services to explore those options instead. Save yourself the headache. BE. MORE. ACCOUNTABLE.

Dr. Flesher was kind, professional, and thorough. On this particular day (my first visit), he personally cleaned my teeth. He talked with me throughout- providing pointers, tips and even encouragement. His level of involvement with me as his patient made me feel confident in his assessment. Due to my own procrastination and prolonged time away from a dentist in general (18-24 months?) I wasn’t surprised when he informed me I had two cavities. I was relieved when he informed me he had time to take care of them immediately and I would not have to make another appointment. I was referred to Vibe by my husband who has been going there for over a year and been pleased with his care.

I highly recommend this practice for their exceptional service and efficiency. On two separate occasions, they were able to accommodate me with same-day appointments despite a full schedule. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. The treatments were fast and painless, and I greatly appreciated receiving a full, detailed dental plan for my ongoing care. Professional and patient-focused—I couldn't ask for better service.

I really like this place! I’ve been hesitant with trendy/boutiquey dentist office because they always seem to try to oversell me, but I found this doctors approach to be informational and pragmatic. They got me in right on time and I’m happy to be a patient here now!
