Gentle Dental Care of Tyler

There is nothing about a dentist that I like. I am terrified of walking through the door. I rescheduled the appointment 2 times. They were understanding and accommodating, and very mindful. I was able to make the appointment and get the work done. Dentists have always been a big fear for me, and they are the 1st office I can go into knowing I can get through the procedure with no pain.

I had avoided going to the dentist for 16 years. All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I got the worst of the cavities dealt with and had zero pain from the procedure. This was shocking to me in the best possible way. They were wonderful about accommodating me as an autistic individual. I know I am in great hands for the rest of the treatments that are coming to get my mouth back in great shape.

This was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the dental assistant to the hygienist and finally the dentist. I felt very comfortable and I was completely satisfied as I was leaving my appointment. I cannot recommend Gentle Dentle enough!!!!

They don't come any better than Dr Gerber at Gentle Dental. He is always very considerate and concerned about my comfort. He is very aware of what his patient is feeling and actively controls any pain. Very kind-hearted and even follows up with a phone call the evening of the appointment.

After an untrustworthy experience at Aspen Dental I switched to Gentle care and the whole team there from the front door to the very end, everyone was so kind and warm/inviting definitely changed my mood about going to the dentist! Now I feel more comfortable going in and getting the rest of my work done! I went in for an embarrassing chipped front tooth and they were able to get me taken care of that day!

Great experience with staff at Gentle Dental Care. From the x-ray to meeting the dentist it was a great experience. They took real good care of me educated me on the next step to take care of my oral health and I'm very grateful to them so glad that I found them and look forward to more and more visits.

I had not been to the dentist in several years due to bad experience. From my first contact, I felt at ease. No judgements about how long it had been. Great communication from the office. Best part, the dentist. Hygienist and assistants are all super kind and compassionate.
