I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dental Care of Waldorf. I have always felt uncomfortable and anxious about going to the dentist, but during both of my appointments, I was treated with great care and kindness. My first appointment was for a cleaning, and the staff was very gentle and consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My second appointment was for extractions, so I was nervous. The staff did an excellent job of helping me stay relaxed and reassured me throughout the procedure. I truly appreciate how patient, caring, and attentive everyone was during both of my visits. I would highly recommend Dental Care of Waldorf to anyone who may feel nervous or uncomfortable about visiting the dentist.

I had a really great visit here. I only needed something very basic done, but I wanted to get it done soon and so Dental Care of Waldorf communicated with me every step of the way to accomplish that. Great staff to be helped by, I'll most certainly return and use this as my preferred practice going forward!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this dentist. Initially, I had three rescheduled appointments because my dentures didn’t arrive on time. While I understand that everyone dislikes the dentist, this particular dentist was exceptional. They fully comprehended the situation and ensured that I didn’t feel any discomfort during my appointment. They made me feel at ease and treated me with utmost respect from the very beginning. I have more respect for a dentist who takes the time to listen to you rather than someone who doesn’t. Thank you so much for restoring my smile. You have no idea how much this means to me. I greatly appreciate Dr. Crandall fixing a dental issue caused by another dentist. This correction was a pleasant surprise to me; as it wasn’t apart of my new patient appointment. I left with the impression that Dr. Crandall truly cares about my dental health.

Everyone here is super nice! The doctor is absolutely amazing. I have bad anxiety with the dentist, I came in for a tooth extraction, and I felt no pain and felt comfortable and relaxed. I forgot my dental assistant name but I really liked her, walked me thru every step and was super nice. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

My experience with Dental Care of Waldorf was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Randall was amazing. I actually found this office through ChatGPT after searching for a dentist who specializes in replacing implant crowns. Several dentists were recommended, but I chose Dental Care of Waldorf because they were open on a Saturday. To my surprise, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with no issues at all. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. I was warmly greeted, given my paperwork, and taken back for treatment very quickly. There was virtually no wait time. A panoramic scan was completed, and the doctor carefully reviewed it before discussing my concerns and treatment goals. My primary reason for visiting was to have an implant crown re-cemented. During the appointment, I also mentioned another implant crown on the upper part of my mouth that had been bothering me for about a month. It felt secure overall, but there was slight movement and sensitivity whenever I pressed on it or rubbed my tongue against it. The doctor took the time to review the scan again and thoroughly explain what he was seeing. He let me know that he believed he could tighten the crown successfully, although he was honest about the possibility of discovering a crack once the area was opened. I truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism. What stood out most was how caring and gentle he was throughout the entire procedure. He continuously checked on me, asked if I needed a break, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His bedside manner immediately put me at ease. The results were fantastic. He successfully tightened the upper implant crown and re-cemented the lower crown without any complications. Both issues were resolved during the same visit, and I walked out feeling 100% better. After years of being extremely particular about dental care, I can honestly say that I feel like I have found my forever dentist. The quality of care, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine Southern hospitality were second to none. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate dentist who truly puts patients first, I highly recommend Dental Care of Waldorf. I had an awasome experence at this clinic. I had an impacted wisdom tooth. Dr. Crandall made me comfortable and explaned the process thoroughly. The team was great at follow ups, checking in to make sure everything was healing properly. I felt very well taken care of from strat to finish.

Thanks to Dental Care of Waldorf I was able to take care of a tooth that was bothering me (so much pain!) within a few hours of calling them. Sophia was polite and helped me through the process of scheduling and helping me with payment options. Zach grabbed me for x-rays as soon as I submitted my paperwork and was informative about the whole process of the appointment. Dr. C completed a thorough assessment and described my options including a root canal and an extraction. He gave me his honest opinion but ultimately let me choose what was best for my situation. The whole team did an excellent job with kindness and empathy. My health and wallet always give me anxiety at the dentist, and they did their best to alleviate my worries. In the end, they took amazing care of me and I was pain free for the first time in a while. And it was all done within hours of calling. Great service, great team! Thank you!
