Warren Dental Design

Randomly called me most likely in reference to a crown. However I missed the original call. Following this the lady who was on call at 11:30 AM EST on 8/17/26 couldn't find anything but proceeded when asking for my date of birth to confirm after having to ask my name nearly four times then ended the call abruptly after putting me on hold. I called back which she immediately picked up the phone to then put it back in its holster to immediately end the call. I then call again assuming it was a mistake to then tell her "The call ended when I was on hold." to which she essentially called me a liar by saying nobody called me (See the attached image) which when she said so had an extremely passive aggressive tone. Whoever is managing the phone clearly needs to be fired as she is not well behind the desk.

Maryorie did a phenomenal job! She made the entire experience comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. This was, without a doubt, the best dental cleaning I’ve ever received. I highly recommend Maryorie to anyone looking for exceptional care! 10/10 would recommend this office!

Would give this place 0 stars… I got crowns done here and because they took long to solve a delayed crown to come and now my gums are infected because of this will never go there again and I got a second opinion for the second tooth and they said there was no need to get crown on one of the tooth

Dr Grob & Staff are great, my family have been using for years. My husband just got a new crown & has no pain. We go for cleanings & the prices are reasonable!! Thanks so much!

My crown popped off during Thanksgiving dinner. My regular dentist's office was closed the day after Thanksgiving, so I called Warren Dental first thing that morning to see if they could help me. They fit me in quickly and provided excellent care. Everyone was friendly, supportive and professional. I'm so grateful. Highly recommend.
