They had a pretty comfortable waiting room. Once we went back to see the doctor the room was also very nice with a big window. Aswell as some good music playing it was a little quiet. Although I will say the wait for the doctor was dreadfully long. But he did explain everything clearly once he arrived.

Beware of Prior Authorization Requirements I have taken my mom to this office for years, and while the providers have always been wonderful, our recent experience with the billing department was very disappointing. My mom is retired and has a limited income, so we rely on the cost estimates provided by the office when deciding whether she can afford a service. Unfortunately, we were given estimates without being informed that prior authorization may have been required. When we asked about it, we were told that Delta Dental had never required prior authorization in the past, so the office did not believe it was necessary. The claim was ultimately denied by the insurance company, leaving us responsible for an unexpected expense. What was most frustrating was that the office did not take responsibility for verifying the current insurance requirements before the service was provided. I understand that insurance policies and requirements can change, but I believe it is reasonable to expect a dental office to verify coverage and authorization requirements when providing a cost estimate—especially when patients are making financial decisions based on the information provided by the office. The providers themselves have been great, but I strongly recommend confirming directly with your insurance company whether prior authorization is required before receiving services, rather than relying solely on the billing department's verification.

I am autistic and have a very Severe anxiety disorder. Dr. Wong and his assistant were so kind and accommodating for me. They turned down the lights and kept me informed and treated me so kindly. The dentist is one of my biggest fears and they helped me immensely with my anxiety. I would recommend them to everyone I know!! Kindest people here 🖤🖤🖤

I had a filling redone back in February I ended up with a bad inflammation and an infection for 12 days which I called to complaint about the pain they gave me an immediate visit. Was giving antibiotics and pain medicine. I requested not to ever see the dentist again, the same filling felt off about a week ago called again for a visit I was seen 4 day later to fix the filling the dentist told me i needed a root canal and no reason to get a permanent filling if I was going to get the root canal done so he suggested a temporary filling I was under the impression this filling was going to last a couple of weeks not at all lasted less than 48 hours the work was not even performed by the dentist it was the assistant. Called to complaint was told that it was temporary filling. Make your own judgment. I don’t know what is going on at young family but whatever it is better fix it quick before they find themselves in deep trouble with malpractice.

Update: This is for this exact office don’t let their response fool you. My name is hidden because companies will reach out to have to remove your review but this will not be removed and is a true narrative for this office and their staff. I will say this Dr. Park was very kind and soft spoken. The only good thing about this place. Run far away from this office they are extremely rude. Spoke in with someone named Stacy or Daisy. I don’t know if she is the manager or just a front office staff but are shady and money hungry they don’t care about their patients at all. Stay clear at all cost.

Very easy appointment! Jackie was great! Quick, easy, and nice. After a bad experience somewhere else this was stress free and a way better experience. Will be back here again, thanks!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Young family dental! I’ve had a full check up and two old fillings repaired. I needed one crown. Emily took great care of me and Dr. Workman was awesome! I highly recommend them!

I would genuinely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and quality care. The entire team is incredibly kind and attentive, and they really take the time to work with you and your individual needs. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want you to feel comfortable every step of the way. I have had a 10/10 experience every time I’ve went. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing dental work! Dr Workman did beautiful work on my teeth. He's very quick and thorough. The staff is super friendly and professional. They really listened to me. I highly recommend this dental office
