Have been a patient here at Parkway smiles dentistry for more than 15 years. All the staff has always been friendly and kind. Never have to wait, Dr Thicke and staff are great.

I came to Parkway smiles for a consultation, second opinion. When I entered the office, the office staff was very friendly. Dr. Flick was great in answering my questions, giving me good information on which to base my decision. I would definitely return here!

Giving the extra star, because while trying to be a new patient the treatment via phone and email was great. Once I received the notification the insurance of my family member wasn't taken, I did cancel. I also asked which insurance in that particular insurance company they took (maybe they take the PPO, ect or guidance on another insurance, they may know, that covers well) since there's open enrollment right now. They did confirm my message canceling and never answered my other question. If they had just taken a second to do that I could have switched the insurance. Also, there was a need for another service (chipped tooth and cleaning) for another family member that I was willing to pay out-of-pocket for since we live walking distance from their office. Sad everything is about money nowadays. Word of mouth counts too. You should always be kind and helpful even if you don't get anything out of it, because you never know who your patient/customer is or who they know. Ah well...on to search for a practice who cares.

My family has been going to Parkway Smiles Dentistry for more or less 13 years now. We move to Fredericksburg 5 years ago but still going here! Dr. Thlick is amazing and both of my kids loves her!!! And her staff as well😊. I would highly recommend this place.

With so many dentists to choose from I’m so glad I’ve chosen Parkway Smiles. The office is well appointed with up to date equipment. The professionals there are very, well, professional. Informing and educating me of my procedure and giving me options. They are transparent with associated costs so that I’m not surprised during check out. Both me and my wife go here.
