Any fear I had of going to the dentist immediately disappeared after seeing Dr. Shane. He walked me through every step of the extraction process and continuously checked in to make sure I was completely comfortable and in zero pain. I genuinely felt absolutely nothing throughout the entire procedure, and his calm, reassuring approach made the experience so much easier than I ever expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t recommend Dr. Shane enough!

One of the best dental practices in Yorkville! The entire office staff is always welcoming, attentive, and friendly, making every visit a positive experience. Dr. Daniel is, without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever had. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes you feel completely at ease, and genuinely cares about his patients. You can tell he puts his heart into his work and is committed to providing exceptional care. I'll continue to be his patient for years to come, and my kids love going to see him too. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel and his team to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and professional dental practice!

For a first visit it went pretty well. The dentist and his hygienists were very friendly and explained some options to me well. I wish when multiple appointments are scheduled together as a family (in my case the youngest was done last so I could be available for questions and information about things done at home). My only complaint had nothing to do with them specifically, related to insurance and then being able to find mine. As my dental insurance is imbedded in the same card as my health insurance and it’s not obvious to anyone how to look it up.

Horrible experience. My teeth still hurt from getting a deep cleaning and cavities filled last year. One of the cavities is in much more pain than prior to the extreme drilling. It's very difficult and painful to eat and it hurts to brush my teeth. My gums have been ripped out during the cleaning, so large amounts of food gets stuck in between my teeth, and the pain just from the air touching them is unbelievable. I struggle to eat anything, especially hot or cold, never had that problem in my life. I thought it would get better over time, but it is not. I paid more for the best insurance but that made no difference. I do not recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience! My dentist was professional, thorough, and incredibly caring. He did a fantastic job with my cleaning, provided helpful preventive care advice, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate—I highly recommend him!

Dr. Shane and the female assisting him while I was in the chair was very nice and accommodating. I had 2 teeth extracted at the same time and I feel like it went as well as it could have gone. I do have to say that the woman behind the counter, in the small office, who took my payment was not very accommodating and put me in a very bad mood prior to my tooth extraction. It's not very fun procedure to begin with and having the bad attitude and confrontation of this woman did not help put me at ease prior to the procedure. It was never explained to me that payment was due in total prior to the procedure during my consultation and I don't believe discussing medical bills and payments, especially of large amoumts should be discussed in a room full of patients. I had explained that could bot afford to pay all that amount at this time and her only option to me was to have less services performed and to discuss all this in front of a room full of people. Again, Dr. Shane and his female assistant while I was in the chair was amazing. I can't say thank you to them enough. Please consider informing your patients that payments are due at time of service and to discuss financial and medical procedures in private.

Dr. Aladdin was wonderful! He was so thorough AND gentle, and explained everything going on with my teeth to me very clearly. We went over my treatment plan, and I no longer feel afraid to return to the dentist. The dental assistant, Bee, was just as wonderful! She makes you feel relaxed and is also gentle. Very happy I switched to Gentle Dental!

My family and I have been coming to this dental office since 2013, and we have always had great experiences. Dr. Daniel is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his patients. He makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and explains all procedures in detail. The staff is welcoming, and the clinic is very clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend Dr. Daniel to family and friends.
