I went for a broken tooth. I love that they do weekends! I started off by telling them im absolutely terrified of the dentist. They said thats not a problem. Explained EVERYTHING in detail to where someone who's not in the dental field can understand. I have been seeing Dr. Singh and absolutely love how he is! He's kind, to the point, and like a friend! Always a "hello how are you doing" always asks if your okay while doing the work, etc. The front desk and assistants are all lovely to! I would definitely recommend anyone to this office! But definitely schedule an appointment!!

I came in with a broken molar, i arrived about 10 mins after i should’ve and i was still seen the same day! The staff was EXTREMELY kind to me, and when i expressed my anxiety and nervousness about getting the tooth pulled, the Dentist actually referred me to someone who could sedate me to get the tooth pulled!! Not to mention, i was given a cute little mochi squishy to boost my mood!! Honestly i’ve never had a better and more comforting experience in a dental office!!!

I have been going there in Columbus location and basically have been made to see Dr Singh and I love him by it he's there certain days like weekends when families have plans. So my first visit I seen Dr. Weber and offsite from Anderson one time and then I believe it was Johnson and I had the name mixed with Jordan. Which made my bottom dentures and they were perfect as they can be never took them out, well my dog got ahold of them and the rest them was history. I went back only to be told I could do walk in only and had to see Dr Singh which I wouldn't mind seeing him everytime if there through weekdays because I have waited over 4 hrs for a walk in then there maybe two for almost nothing. When I got my first bottoms they started my impressions pretty quick and I did near 3 mos without them to let gums heat and bottoms not real noticeable. I went to Franklin Affirdable due to insurance and they were rude and wanted this and that quoted a price and cost me $300 more but had pretty quick and I've always had very pleasant experience with all my dentist Dr Roberts mainly. I go back to 24/7 which is completely a falsified name but I have liked each one I've seen! Moving forward I have 6 on top and want to keep my three front and they considerate that immediate and they don't do immediate well I had no issues before they did impressions with teeth in place for bottom so it was like a two time ordeal color and final fit. I'm very unhappy they want refer me out due to immediate but yet they billed immediate top and regular top and wondered why they were denied the immediate they billed two set of top. I don't understand why I would have to drive miles away and keep going for adjustments to who makes them. they alway ma did my adjustment no issues at all. I love Dr Singh and he's very personable in which I like. He talks to me like he's known me for years. I'm just baffled about the whole top issue and then them not adjusting them. I'm not to happy and would have gave a 6+ for review but this has me really wondering about.their service like as what they have said before and it changes each time I'm not going 4-6! wks wirh no too when I've done this before and no issue. I have an appt tomorrow once again for my opinion and I think I'm going to be blunt to the point Other than this I'm fine I would have had this done had they not messed up on billing. I do like the staff but seems like a very high turnover rate with staff and managers. Love the place other than this and it has me verrrrryyy upset!!!!

I have a serious fear of the dentist but found myself with a jagged tooth pressing into my gums. They were able to see me the next day. Everyone was so friendly and caring. They did a great job meeting all of my needs and the pricing wasn’t bad for not having insurance. They kept me informed every step of the way!

I have alot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. They were all very understanding. The first pain free dentist experience ive ever had. They got the drilling and fillings done quickly and my teeth look so much better.

I had a terrible experience previously at a different dentistry so that being sad my nerves were going crazy, my anxiety was super high and I was totally taken back by how good Dr. Singh was with me. Very calm & understanding. His asst Merkeyta was very helpful as well & professional along with Brielle. They were all great! I will be returning!

I am out of town ….visiting family in Columbus. Tooth was hurting some when I left Florida. Got much worse the last few days. Looked for anyone open on Father’s Day 2026!!! Found 24/7 OPEN’ Walked in ….filled out paperwork….got X-rays …. All very professional from the front to the wonderful tech doing X-rays and assisting Doctor. Doctor was great! very personable and efficient. No pain with novocaine shots or the extraction . Highly recommend them!!!!

from the front office to the dental technicians all the way to Dr. Shirley, this team was fantastic. I was very happy with the Care I received and the plan that we put together for going forward. It was just very evident that they do care about you and want to take care of you and give you good service. They also keep up on the latest technology which I thought was fantastic. Definitely worth checking out if you need a new dentist or you’re looking to switch. Oh, let’s not forget they have crazy awesome hours.
