I had a crown replacement and 2 cavities filled in the same appointment. I was very anxious but my experience with Dr. Strickland and his assistant Matt was incredible. I had absolutely no pain during the procedure. Same day crown is the bomb!! I also want to give a shout out to my hygienist Heather, I've been with her since I started going to White River Dental and she's the best! Debbie McKeand

Dr. K and Renate are 5 star worthy ALL DAY! I came in pain and insecure about my teeth and the discomfort I was having. Renate was so kind and full of information for all 5000 of my questions. Dr. K- this man!!! I have never had such a great experience in my life with a dentist! Quick easy and painless!! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. Ask for the girl all the piercings!

Please be courteous and let your clients know that their first appointment will be two hours long. I sat in a chair today for one hour and 50 minutes and all I had done was x-rays and never got my treatment plan or anything scheduled. I left because I’m late now.

This is hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to. Dr. Lenos is phenomenal. Minimal pain when he was administering shots and he was able to save me from a crown. He also frequently asks if I'm okay while he's performing my dental work. Everyone in the office is very friendly and personable. 10/10.

Staff were great to my 9 year old. Overall they were really informative, answered all my questions and had a decent experience. I’m giving 3 stars bc I had to call to get a school note for my son (my bad for not getting it before we left). I called 10 mins after we left (roughly 11:30am) they said they would email me one before the office closed. 7:30pm rolled around with no email so I called and left a message again reminding them I needed a school note. No response, no email, nothing. Called the next morning (8:30am) still no answer. I used someone else’s phone 3 mins after using my own phone to call, someone immediately picked up and sent the email within 2 mins of getting off the phone. Ok cool I got the note but why did it take 3 phone calls from my phone with no answer but an immediate response when I use someone else’s number to call….. annoyed is an understatement. Seems they flag the numbers they don’t want to deal with and just blatantly don’t answer unless using a different number….

First i appreciate the office being open on Saturdays! The staff were amazing and Dr Strickland is so wonderful! I needed a one day notice appointment for a tooth needing pulled and they made sure to get me in. The appointment went flawless and Dr Strickland even called me at 7 on his own Saturday evening to personally check on me. How could you not rate them 5 stars!

This was my first time being seen. I was told that I would need a lot of teeth removed. Dr. Strickland really pushed me to get implants. He told me if I did not it would shave up to 15 years off my life. He went on and on pushing implants. I told him I just couldn’t afford them. He went on to say “oh it’s just 30,000 to 50,000 dollars, and that I could get a loan, and that It is no different than a car payment, and it could be pushed out over 10 to 12 years”. It may not be much to him but it is to most other people. After I told him that this is not the option I want, he never said another word to me. He said a few things to his assistant, and walked out. No thank you, I will see you soon, anything. I was no longer a priority when he found out I would not be choosing the expensive option. I have never been made to feel the way he made me feel. Absolutely insignificant. I have a lot of work coming up in the next couple of weeks, and I am not so sure I want to continue with his office. I will say that EVERYONE ELSE was so nice and wonderful. It’s a shame.

This is a wonderful facility with a great staff. No one likes to go to the dentist. But they make it very pleasant. Dr Lenos is funny and and informative and makes the experience really great. Elizabeth and Jesus are super. Friendly, kind, informative. I would 100% recommend them and we already have. And the Saturday hours are awesome considering that we work long hours every day.
