Conroe Dental Health

I recently decided to change dentists, and I’m so glad I made the switch! My experience with Conroe Dental Heath was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. Erica did a great work with the cleaning and she is very gentle and professional!

Having had a bad experience at a previous dental office, I was anxious when I got referred to this office. Upon entering, I was welcomed in such a friendly manner. All the workers were so friendly and approachable. The hygienist who worked on me calmed me and this was the most gentle and best teeth cleaning I have experienced since I moved here. The dentist was also very impressionable. I look forward to my next appointment and will be glad to refer anyone here.

I was seen promptly by a professional hygienist who x-rayed and cleaned my teeth efficiently while carrying on a pleasant conversation. The dentist arrived promptly, carefully examined the x-rays and inspected my teeth, and made decisions about next steps that I trust. I recommend the service!

I enjoyed my dental cleaning with the hygienist. At the end of check out, theirs two receptionists...I was told I had an unpaid balance. Which I was unaware of, I tried to explain to the receptionist that the previous visit I was told that they would adjust the payment and I didn't owe anything from the other receptionist who previous took care of me. The lady was not considerate and not addressing the concern. I was not notified of any balance owed and she said they usually just wait to notify patients until I return to pay the balance. She didnt speak to the other receptionist to neither confirm or resolve issue. I asked for a previous payment history and receipts but it was not detailed and didnt show where my previous money went to.

This has been by far the best dental offices I’ve ever taken my kids. Always clean, attentive and always very nice. Their prices are very good as well. I highly recommend this place for not only you but also if you have children.

Conroe Dental Health is a GREAT practice(Dr. Gerlach is exceptional). My teeth cleaning experiences have been wonderful (and I have dental/doctor phobia). Thank you Erica (most recent hygienist) and Samantha (past hygienist) for easing my anxiety and doing a fabulous job.

I'm so glad I listened to the reviews I read. Dr. Gerlach and his staff are amazing. I had really bad anxiety going in but they helped me relax and get the procedure done without me wanting to jump out of the chair. I had horrible experiences with dentist from childhood but Dr. Gerlach, the front office staff and dental techs were patient, kind and caring. Thank you all so much.
