⭐️ Extremely disappointed and unprofessional experience I have never felt the need to leave a negative review for a medical/dental office before, but my experience here was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived at 8:25 AM for my 8:30 appointment because I was told they needed to update my information. I finished by approximately 8:33, yet I wasn’t called back until 8:45. I even heard the front desk say over the walkie, “Oh, she’s still filling out paperwork,” despite the fact that I arrived early (even with only receiving a text message late the night before to do so). Once I was brought back, the hygienist(Star) immediately tried to take me for X-rays. I told her I was pregnant, and she said I hadn’t written that on my paperwork. I pointed out that it was clearly documented on the paper she was holding in her hand. She then checked and came back saying they wouldn’t be able to see everything because they couldn’t take X-rays… which I already assumed so. I was very uncomfortable that my medical information had apparently not been reviewed before attempting to proceed with an X-ray. The hygienist began examining my gums and was poking so hard with the instrument that I was bleeding. I asked her to stop and explained that I was pregnant and my gums were more sensitive. I asked if we could skip that portion and simply proceed with the cleaning. Instead, I was met with more attitude and told those measurements were required. She then told me I should have told them I was pregnant when I booked the appointment. I explained that the appointment had been scheduled six months earlier—when I wasn’t pregnant—and asked how I could have possibly known. She simply threw her hands up and made a face at me🤷🏻‍♀️ At that point, I told her I was extremely uncomfortable and that I was not consenting to anything I had asked her to stop doing. The doctor came in and explained the office’s procedure, which I understood. I told him they could do the measurements at my next appointment, but I was no longer comfortable having the hygienist continue and explained to him what had happened and that I’d like to reschedule with a different hygienist. I was also told there wasn’t enough time in my appointment slot to complete the cleaning. Considering I arrived early, completed my paperwork within minutes, and then waited approximately 15 minutes to be called back, I found that extremely frustrating. I ultimately left without receiving the cleaning I came for and walked out of the office in tears because of how uncomfortable and upset the entire interaction made me. Then, shortly afterward, our entire family received letters stating that the office was dropping us as patients, with absolutely no explanation or reasoning. I understand that a dental office has procedures that need to be followed, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those procedures. Patients should feel listened to and respected, especially when it comes to medical information, pregnancy, and consent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After this interaction and the subsequent decision to dismiss our entire family without providing a reason, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Best teeth cleaning I've had in a long time. Really liked the hygienists and the dentist. Office staff is very nice.

Great experience with Dr. Wood and his dental assistant Jessy. They’re both super knowledgeable, kind, and make you feel completely at ease. You can tell they really care about their patients. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust.

We always have such a wonderful experience with Conroe Family Dentistry! Today, our 2 year old decided he was ready for a big kid cleaning! Tasha made it such a great experience for both of my kids! Thank you so much!

I have not seen a dentist in more than a decade. My checkup with Dr. Graham was not only professional, but listened carefully to me, was kind and caring. Stellar staff as well. Efficient, friendly, competent and kind.

From the moment I walked n the door until I left I was greeted with kindness and efficiency. Service was prompt, the cleaning was thorough and painless. The dentist was knowledgeable. It was the best dental experience I have had in 60+ years.

I visited Conroe Family Dentistry this week and have been raving about my experience to everyone I know. The office is up to date, stylish, staff was professional and really nice and Dr. Wood was the best...I went in bc a different dentist said I needed a new crown...he could have made $$ but instead he was honest and wants to watch it as it was only worn not decayed. Thank you so much...I can't wait to return.
