Melissa from the insurance team was extremely rude to me and my wife. Day of the appointment they told her that it would be nearly $500 for a basic cleaning (our insurance covers 2 per year), and then Melissa lied to the dentist and said that my wife told her we had a new insurance (we have been on the same insurance for 5 years). She also told my wife to deal with it with the insurance but she was unwilling to help. When my wife asked to cancel the rep said there would be a cancellation fee. I got a call the following week and the rep would not take accountability for her rudeness and blamed it on my wife. Absolutely terrible customer service. We had been going to this same dentist for nearly 10 years and that is how they treat their patients.

Excellent experience at Marietta Dental Associates! Hope (the hygienist) was amazing and so gentle with my sensitive teeth and Dr. Lopez is the best! Highly recommend this dental office!

Everyone was very friendly and personable and Dr. Robinson was extremely competent and personable. Everyone was focused on providing the highest level of care for their patients. I had a very positive visit and left feeling that my care was the highest priority for everyone in the office.

The front office from the receptionist to the person you speck to on the phone was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr Park is wonderful. I never felt rushed, she is professional and friendly at the same time. When I asked a question Dr Park took the time to explain it clearly. I would send family and friends to this office without hesitation. I really enjoy going into this office. Everyone from the receptionist, hygienist, to the Doctors are so friendly and professional. They all make you feel like they are glad you came in. Dr Lopez took the time to explain the procedure I would be having. Answered all my questions, what a pleasant experience. I would recommend this office to anyone.

This was my first visit. Jenn Goodman was my Hygienist and did excellent work on my teeth. Dr Robinson was such a kind and thorough doctor. The office area was beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful—great experience, especially since I dislike going to the Dentist! 🤣

We love having Meg as a hygienist. She is awesome and so kind to my kids. Dr. Robinson is always helpful and I can’t imagine sending my kids anywhere else.

What an awesome office. In the past, I worked at several different dental practices myself. I was never fortunate enough to work at one with such a wonderful staff and caring, conservative dentist. From the the ease of making the appointment until checkout, it was fabulous experience.

Dr Robinson and his staff of hygienists are absolutely awesome!!! I usually don’t do reviews but I just had to shout out my dentist and his awesome staff! Lisa, Stephanie, and my girl Alisha to just name a few and of course Dr Robinson are some kind gentle people. I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a little girl and now that I am an adult I am still afraid of the dentist..LOL!!! Nevertheless, Dr Robinson and his team always seem to make me feel like I am just on a visit with some of my really sweet friends. I love them!! 🫶🏾

I’ve been a patient for 40 years. The entire office is so friendly and they all work hard to make you feel comfortable and ease your nerves. I’ve always been happy with my results!

I have been going to Marietta Dental for years now. Hope, the hygienist, was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable. Dr Lopez is very knowledgeable, listens to any concerns and reassures and answers any questions. He has done crowns, fillings and an implant on me and I never had any discomfort. He’s the best!

Marietta Dental Associates were very personable and affordable. They cleaned my teeth and were doing it out of the kindness of their hearts, not to simply make money. I’ve had other places say I needed other types of dental work; however, they showed me other more simple and cheaper procedures that I am very grateful for. 😃
