I had a wonderful experience having my crowns placed today with Dr. Alyssa and Kayla! I was in and out with my crowns prepped and seated the same day! The procedure was painless. They were both very sweet and knowledgeable and made me extremely cozy with good music and a blanket. ❤️ I am so happy with my crowns! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had an excellent experience at my dental appointment. My dentist did an amazing job with both my cleaning and cavity filling, making the entire visit comfortable and virtually painless. They were gentle, thorough, and paid great attention to detail, leaving my teeth feeling clean, healthy, and well cared for. I truly appreciate the quality of care I received and highly recommend them.

I recently had my cleaning done with Pam, and she was amazing! I ended up needing an extraction, and they were able to get me in and take care of it the same day. The front desk team was wonderful and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan. Dr. Patel and Kayla made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. I’m so happy to have found my dental home at Pure Smiles Dentistry!

I’ve enjoyed going here myself for a few years, but today I brought in my nine-year-old daughter. Accompanying us were my three younger children. The technician made my daughter feel at ease, and the doctor was very kind. After the visit, my daughter said her gums did not hurt at all and that she enjoyed going. The whole place was clean & beautiful, and the checkout lady made my daughter feel as important as an adult new customer. The whole experience was lovely and now my other kids “want to go see the dentist.” :)

I had a really good experience at Pure Smiles Dentistry on Dallas Hwy! I was super nervous at first, but everyone made me feel comfortable and taken care of. A special thank you to Ne Ne for being so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout everything. She really helped calm my nerves. I also want to thank the two dentists who worked with me. I forgot their names, but they were both amazing, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Definitely recommend!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pure Smiles Dentistry. As someone who has had a lot of anxiety and disappointment surrounding dental experiences in the past, I was extremely apprehensive about even starting treatment. From my very first appointment, the entire team completely changed my perspective on going to the dentist. Dr. Kellams has been amazing from the very beginning. He made me feel hopeful that there was actually a solution and never made me feel judged or rushed. He is incredibly patient, kind, thorough, and took the time to answer every single question I had (and trust me, I had a lot). What stood out to me most is that he genuinely cared about my progress. Early in my treatment plan, he even personally called me to discuss options and make sure I understood everything. That level of care meant more to me than I can explain. Kayla assisted during my last several appointments and she was such a joy. She always made sure I was comfortable, answered questions, kept the atmosphere light, and made sure my Essix tray was ordered and ready on time. Her energy helped calm my nerves tremendously. Meghan did my entire deep cleaning in one appointment and was AMAZING. It was a very long appointment and very anxiety-inducing for me, but she was so detailed, patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She kept talking to me during the procedure even though I could barely respond, and it honestly helped me stay calm and grounded. Angelina was the first person who really helped me build the courage to move forward with treatment. During my initial appointment, she gave me so much information, reassurance, and honest feedback that helped me stop avoiding the dentist and finally take care of myself. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. The front desk staff has also been exceptional. Their communication is top tier. They respond quickly to texts and calls, and I never once felt like I was bothering them despite all my questions and anxiety. I came into this office embarrassed, nervous, and honestly expecting another bad experience based on my past. Instead, I found a team that treated me with kindness, patience, compassion, and professionalism every single step of the way. I am already so happy with the work that has been done so far. I genuinely cannot stop looking at my teeth and smiling. If I feel this much more confident already, I can only imagine how I’ll feel by the end of my Invisalign journey, which I am now genuinely excited to move forward with through this office. Pure Smiles Dentistry completely changed my outlook on dental care and I am truly grateful for them.

Great experience! I appreciated all of the transparency. Staff were amazing from start to finish. Jasmine made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! She’s amazing!!!! Dr. Patel is awesome and funny(lol). They really made me feel welcomed. This was my first visit to Pure Smiles and my first time ever getting teeth pulled. I was nervous at first, but the team made sure to ease my mind. 10/10 highly Recommend. I could go on and on about the service, but unfortunately I have to heal lol. Oh and I didn't get a tooth for the tooth fairy lol.. Great place all around!

I recently had my second bi-annual cleaning at pure smiles and I must say, this place is nice. I’ve seen the same hygienist both times, Angelina I think, and she’s easily the most knowledgeable one I’ve yet to encounter or at least the most willing to share information, and is one of those people who seems like they never have a bad day. Both times have been fantastic so far and I am so happy I switched from the previous dental practice I was going to for years. She is technical and thorough but also pleasant and kind! I can’t say much about the actual dentists themselves since I don’t need more than a cleaning typically so I have only short experiences with them, but the brief times they’ve done my exams they were both cool, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me. I like this place. Bonus points that the newly remodeled waiting area and restroom are cool too!
