It was very family-oriented they were all very nice I enjoyed my visit very good they made me feel right at home and I am so happy to be going to them to get my teeth done thank you so much it was a great experience

Dr Thomas Jackson and his assistant Benjamin did a wonderful job and were so pleasant, professional and exceptional in their treatment. The staff was also very sweet. The one thing I wish, however, is that the staff would have read the forms I filled out because I was prescribed a penicillin drug and I noted on the form that I was allergic to it. When my pharmacist discovered the problem, he had a difficult time getting anyone to answer the phone to obtain a different prescription. (Also, my name is not Deborah, but Debra. Another indication that my information was not entered properly.) But other than that my visit went very well .

Everybody I encountered was very friendly, but also professional. They procedures were explained to me where I understand completely and they were also very helpful with working on my Insurance to confirm that it would be covered. Highly recommend.

Rock Family Dentist lives up to it's name. They treat you like Family they are very sweet and professional. I truly enjoy being there and each time I walk in im greeted with smiles and hugs. It was hard smiling daily but all that is changing I can smile with bright teeth now. I love them

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Petkovich for many years and have always appreciated the care I received. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with how my recent emergency was handled. I broke a tooth over the weekend and was in significant pain. When I called this morning, I was told Dr. Petkovich is on medical leave. I asked to see another dentist for this urgent issue, but the soonest available appointment was two weeks out. Waiting that long with a broken tooth simply isn’t possible, so I’m now forced to find a new dentist. I’m disappointed that the practice did not have an emergency plan in place for long time patients during the doctor’s absence.

ROCK Dental is by far beyond EXCEPTIONAL! I have NEVER had any good experiences where Dentist are concerned. It was so bad , I would have at least 3 anxiety attacks on the way to have my teeth cleaned. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and at ease. What was so awesome and a precious moment for me was, everyone was genuine. Not fake or being nice cause they had too! Thanks to each one of the staff there! It was an amazing experience!

Needed to get in quick because a crown I had installed a few years ago back East came off. They were able to reset it and the whole process was very professional. Highly recommend.

I have never had a bad experience at this dental office. My husband & I have used them for 2 years. Everyone from the receptionists when we walk in the door to the tech that does the hard work. I'm ashamed of my teeth. From the tech to the dentist Dr Sidd. I love the surgeon Dr Jackson. Every single person made me feel comfortable and never once judged. Kristin is a wonderful. One day, I will make Dr Sidd crack up.

I had a great experience at Rock Family Dental. Sierra was extremely helpful and got me checked in quickly for my appointment. The hygienist Kristine was extremely professional as well during my visit. I will for sure be coming back here again in the future!
