I never fill out these surveys, but will make an exception here. I found all the staff courteous, respectful and very helpful. Dr. John Sullivant worked with me to lay out a dental plan to care for my oral health now and into the future. He explained issues that made it easy to understand. Staff also worked with me with my insurance so that there were no financial surprises. I highly recommend Sullivant Dentistry. R. Peter

Saw Dr. Seth, called their office because my wife was having a tooth emergency. They took her right away! Never seen her before but no questions asked. Not only that, she was running a few minutes (ok a half hour late) and they still accommodated. While in the office, the best bedside manner! Put on music she would like and asked her 100 times how she was feeling. Pricing was extremely reasonable and she was in and out of there within a half hour. The dentist then proceeded to send a nice follow up call later that night to make sure she was OK and see how she was doing! Outstanding service! Can’t recommend enough.

I went to Sullivant Dentistry to have a bad tooth extracted. The treatment went very well, with them making sure there was no pain felt and being as gentle as can be for an extraction. Dr Seth Sullivant was great to deal with. Later when I got home I kept anticipating pain when the Novocain fully wore off, and it never came. Seth followed up with a call to make sure all was going well and said to call if there were any issues. Highly recommend Sullivant Dentistry.

While in Mountain Home recently, I found myself in need of some dental work. My brother recommended Sullivant Dentistry. I called on Friday and was scheduled in on Wednesday. I wasn’t in any pain so this was just fine with me. I’ve been going to the same dentist at home for over 30 years and the folks at Sullivant made me feel right at home. From the time I was called back to the room till the time I left, I felt informed on the procedure to be performed, down to the fee to be charged. I was paying out-of-pocket and I was pleasantly surprised with the bottom line. The skill and caring were both outstanding. From the check-in desk to the checkout desk and everything in between. If I ever have to come to a dentist again in Mountain Home, it will be at Sullivant Dentistry.

Dr. Sullivant and his staff are an amazing crew! They fit me in the day that I called due to two broken teeth and extracted both of them. Painlessly! He even called me when I was home to make sure my recovery was going well! I cannot recommend him and his staff more!

Just had my teeth cleaned by Dena. It was an amazing experience and job by her. I’ve had mine done where they used a hammer and chisel leaving my mouth so sore that I couldn’t even brush for days after. So I’m here to say I’ll not dread my next cleaning. Great staff, expect nothing but the best when you go thru the front door.

The office is very close and inviting. All of the staff were very friendly. The doctor made sure that I understood exactly what he was doing before he did anything and why he was doing it. They do everything they can to keep you comfortable while they are working.

I was really anxious about seeing a new dentist and having my wisdom teeth removed, but Dr. John was absolutely amazing. He reassured me throughout the whole process, made sure I knew to speak up if I felt any pain, and went out of his way to make me comfortable — even putting on music to help calm my nerves. He also followed up later that day to check on how I was doing, which meant a lot. I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Sullivant and his team. 10/10 recommend!
