Genesis Dental of Orem

I’m convinced Deena was an angel sent from heaven for me today. Deena was the hygienist for my cleaning. She gave me so much helpful information. I’ve never felt so taken care of at a dental office. She was so aware of how I was feeling the whole time and was the most genuine and kind person I’ve ever met.

I had the best experience ever with the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth. When I said I was a "gagger", she told me how she would do the x-rays before she started. The speed that she did the x-rays made me very happy. No gagging, just a great experience!

Wow. What a great dental office. The entire staff is excellent. Sheryl got me set up for an appointment right away. Gabriella was quick at checking me in and getting be back to be seen. Monica and Anais are awesome assistants. Dr Peet was fantastic. I have never had such a good experience at the dentist. If you are looking for a dentist, stop. Go to Genesis.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office and wanted to leave a review to recognize the amazing team. Dr. Peet is an exceptional dentist—professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. The staff is equally incredible. Sheryl, Amber, Gabriella, Monica, and Anais were all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make patients feel at ease, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. From the front desk to the dental chair, the entire team creates a positive, supportive atmosphere. I’m so grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled dental office. Highly recommend!

I have never received worse service from a professional business. I had an emergency, called got an AI agent, booked. They then texted to turn me down, so I called and they would not take my call. They are so detached from their customers from billing to AI service to no personal contact outside of a very nice dentist. Amazing they are able to stay in business.

Absolutely love the people who work here. Dr. Peet explains everything clearly & is extremely respectful & helps you make an informed decision, unlike other dentists who just do whatever. He’s very considerate & makes sure you’re comfortable & not experiencing any pain while he’s working. The ladies that work the front desk are also awesome. Very friendly, extremely genuine & just all around cool people. I’ve got a lot of dental work done over the last few months & I had a very positive experience every time.
