Forest Park Dental

About a year ago I had a filling replaced that was falling out. I had issues with the filling after it was replaced and it was going to be redone. However, they redid the wrong tooth. I noticed after the procedure was done and they then redid the correct tooth. I obviously lost trust in this place and went elsewhere. Now I have decay already under the tooth they were not supposed to refill. This isn’t normal after about a year. I now have to get a crown which I cannot afford. I can’t help but think I wouldn’t need a crown if it wasn’t for their error and that tooth was left alone.

Dr Piscoli and hygienist Devon were excellent ! Their expertise plus gentle procedures with state of the art equipment ensured a pleasant experience. They also have a new scanner that can find cancer indicators in the mouth! I highly recommend them!

Everyone there is so kind. My dental hygienist Devone makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She is very professional and does a wonderful job. Love talking with her.

Waited for 2 hours and then was Told the dentist couldn’t see me. They always seemed to be confused about filing our dental insurance and even though we have two popular ones we still would owe a lot. Then a few days ago we were told they could only file our primary insurance and we would have to pay the balance and then get reimbursed for that amount. W hen I tried to pay our balance so we could switch dentist they wouldn’t answer or call back. Very poor office.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and I called ahead to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late, but nobody answered the phone. When I arrived about 20 minutes late, they refused to see me or even try to accommodate me. I explained that I’m dealing with severe dental pain, I can’t sleep at night, and I barely managed to take time off work, but the staff was extremely rude and showed zero empathy. This place clearly does not care about patients who are genuinely suffering. Very unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend Forest Park Dental to anyone.

The clinic is very clean, and the front desk staff are fast and attentive. I had called some time ago to schedule a dental cleaning, but the earliest available appointment was in April next year, which shows how busy and popular they are! Still, they kindly put me on the waiting list and called yesterday to let me know there was an opening for today. I thought that was great, and of course, I went! Sheila was my hygienist, super professional, gentle, and very friendly. I loved the service! I was seen quickly, and everything went very smoothly. At the end, they even gave me a little gift to take care of my teeth, and also they accept military insurance dental. Thank you so much for the excellent care! (:
