I have found my new dentist!! From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out I was treated with respect and received with love. Sarah, my dental hygienist, was amazing. She made the entire process extremely enjoyable!

My first experience was excellent. The staff is professional, caring and very thorough in their exams and explanation of treatment plan. My hygienist was efficient and really put me at ease. She was kind and friendly. I highly recommend Panama City Smiles!

Staff was very nice, answered all my questions and concerns. Caleb went out of his way to get me in for an emergency extraction, and explained my insurance coverage and my out of pocket costs for different scenarios of treatments. Dental Asst Emily was extremely knowledgeable and has the best bedside personality, she was a gem to talk to. Dr Bennett was very pleasant, upfront and professional, and explained what she was doing during the procedure. I was very happy with the experience.

I am terrified of dentists because of past traumatic experiences. The front end person greeted me cordially, and I met two hygienists on the way to the chair. Before anything happened, I asked if someone could check my insurance to see if I would have any copays or personal expense. The person with me checked with the front office, and quickly came back saying that all xrays and cleaning were covered with no charge to me. The cleaning was very gentle. The dentist, Dr Barrett, did an exam and treatment plan. In a very short time, the plan was in writing with prices. Caleb, the person who greeted me, came and went over it with me. He was very patient explaining options, and made me feel a good deal more confident and at ease. I am glad I came to this office.

The staff was extremely helpful. Also, very professional and polite and went out of their way to help me with my qualifying for treatment. The dentist that served me was extremely gentle and the procedure went perfectly. No pain to speak of and and the procedure that quickly. No complaints whatsoever. Props to Caleb for his assisting me with all that I needed to do

The actual dental staff and dentist were very kind and welcoming, and the front desk gentleman upon arrival was sweet as well. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the man who handled scheduling and checkout. He was not very friendly either on the phone when I booked my appointment or during checkout. His attitude honestly made me not want to return, which is disappointing because the rest of the staff were great.

I have VERY HIGH Dental Anxiety. Dr Wasson eased every bit of anxiousness in me! He explained everything before doing it, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and for the first time in my life I left the dentist with a smile on my face and looking forward to my next visit! The staff is simply fantastic!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Nadia—she’s truly the best at what she does! Her professionalism, skill, and attention to detail are unmatched. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Also, thank you so much for the referral. Highly recommend!
