Village Dental - North Raleigh

Well until today i really hated going to the dentist. I had the best hands down experience at Village Dental North Raleigh.My assistant was excellent, she made everything feel so comfortable, she listened, she understood my struggles. Omg ,my doctor was amazing as well beautiful person, beautiful spirit, and i love her jokes Lol. Thank you so much Dr. Valceuia and all of the staff at Village Dental North Raleigh!

My wife and I went in for our cleaning. We hadn't been in in a while and they were very cool. They took care of business and now we're scheduled every six months back on track great personality of everyone involved from the front desk to the Tax to the doctors really had a great experience. I would recommend this office in particular. I know they have several but this one on 6 Forks Rd. in Raleigh were amazing.

I had an excellent experience during my periodontal cleaning and exam with India and Jackie. The entire team at Village Dental was professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The hygienist and dental assistant were extremely thorough and took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. The periodontal exam was comprehensive and the dentist carefully reviewed my oral health, answered all my questions and provided clear recommendations for maintaining healthy gums. I appreciated the attention to detail, gentle care, and genuine concern for my long-term dental health. It’s clear that Village Dental prioritizes both patient comfort and high-quality care. I left feeling confident about my treatment and grateful for such a positive experience. I highly recommend Village Dental and especially India and Jackie to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

They handle my regular dental care, and I am always so pleased at each visit. When I had to have a crown, I was nervous, but I am not exaggerating when I say the experience was pain-free. Dr. Valencia is a wonderful dentist, and Rachel was a great assistant. Lastly, Krystal helped with scheduling, and she is truly a gem. That practice is lucky to have her!

I have used Village Dental for years. Whether it's routine maintenance, or getting a crown, the patience and care of the staff is unmatched. Everyone I encountered made my experience so much better. I want to give a special thank you to Zoe, Juan, and Dr. Rauft! I had to get a crown and 2 extractions on this visit, but the staff made sure I was overly comfortable and took superb care of me. I'll always recommend Village Dental, it’s a beautiful office with amazing and talented staff. 12 hours after the procedure and no pain, Dr. Rauft is amazing!!

An overall great experience! Atmosphere was relaxing. Kristina was very sweet, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time explaining each step and prepared me for the next step . Dr. Rauf was wonderful and explained several options with no pressure. I had a cleaning that day and 2 extractions later that week. I received exceptional care from both during each visit! Highly recommend this team at Village Dental!

I just want to say Village Dental-North Raleigh hands down has customer care done right. First I just want to say thank you to all of you for making this a smooth and pleasant experience for my son and I. It started with the immediate call I got after making an appointment online with a warm and cheerful voice assisting me. Then from the moment I walk into the office it was a wonderful experience. I sat in the lobby waiting for my sons appointment and just listened and watched as heard the pleasant and caring that the staff had not only for there customers but also for each other. I over heard conversations of a staff member training a new employee, very encouraging and patient. Everyone was so warm and friendly. When my teenager son comments on how the environment felt warm, friendly and they felt at home that’s really saying something. This continued throughout all of the appointments from beginning to the end. I had to ask on my second visit “Is it really like this all the time or was this a good week?” Great work environment, you can tell management keeps their employees happy and the translates to GREAT customer care. Thank you to Kaitlin, Miranda, Dr. Valencia, Nicolette, Krystal, Juan and Monique for making my sons root canal experience as warm, friendly and pleasant as much as such a thing can be. I had a great experience at Village Dental North Raleigh! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The office is clean, modern, and has a really comfortable atmosphere, which made the whole visit much less stressful. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my appointment. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely seemed to care about my comfort and overall dental health. Thank you to Miranda for helping me make my appointments and walking me through the process.
