Amy was wonderful! She was just such a warm and caring individual, and I felt very-well cared for. She did fantastic job of deep cleaning for me and my wife. Thanks to Dr. Valletti, and Ms. Zoey for preparing a right treatment plan for me and for my wife, based on my insurance. Ms. Katy also did great job in fixing crowns to my wife. Excellent treatment, but sorry to say on unskilled administrative/billing staff.

Your Raleigh Dentist is AMAZING. The staff truly cares about patients. Dr. Valletti is absolutely amazing, along with Zoey and Kristen. I have an amazing smile again because of them. Every time I come, they know how to brighten my day by having Elvis on the TV while I’m having my cleanings or procedures! Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I had the most gentle but thorough cleaning. Loved the technology they had available. The doctors i saw were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this practice.

I visited this location in early January and May of 2026 and the entire staff was great. I felt the kindness is the air and I will return for more work on my brighty whiteys. I had a deep cleaning, and a tooth extraction due to an infection from an old cavity from eating sweets, yet my visit was amazing!

The staff is professional very friendly. The doctor Is concerned with the concerns that you have and the Dentures are very comfortable! I recommend this dentist office

They scammed my wife. I made a regular appointment as a new patient for her. Just x rays and teeth cleaning, instead we get charged over $200 for them to take x rays and state she needs a deep cleaning. Even though she had one recently and was on the maintenance track from old dentist. Then when I called in someone there was talking down to me stating well the machines are expensive for x rays so we have to charge. They quoted 1 price for a deep cleaning then changed after she did the one side so we had no choice and ended up paying $1300 out of pocket. This place is a scam and try and over charge you. We swapped dentists, they did the exam for free and took our paperwork and now my wife is back on track. They agreed with the previous paperwork they would have just kept her on the same care plan for her teeth. Nothing to debate here, these are the facts. This place is no good and horrible for ripping people off.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and have been extremely pleased with the care from Dr. Valletti and the entire team. Before moving to Raleigh, I thought my old dentist was pretty good, but switching showed me what I was missing. The approach here is just more straightforward. No guilt or awkward questions, just helpful, practical care. They identified that I needed a deep cleaning and walked me through it clearly. They also referred me to an oral surgeon to have a bite induced bump removed. They’ve set me up on a more proactive 4-month schedule and given me practical, actionable guidance that’s made a real difference (like adding a Waterpik and focusing more on hard-to-reach areas like wisdom teeth). The result has been noticeably better dental health and a much more positive experience overall. Really impressed with the professionalism, quality of care, and the fact that they’re clearly focused on long-term outcomes.
