Rowlett Family Dentistry

This was my second visit to Rowlett Family Dentistry, and both experiences have been great. I know most people don’t exactly look forward to going to the dentist, but this office really makes it an easy and comfortable experience. They were right on time, everyone was friendly and easygoing, and I never felt pressured to pay for or have any unnecessary extras done. The dentists are great, and my hygienist was wonderful—gentle, thorough, and very friendly. It’s refreshing to find a dental office that is professional but also genuinely pleasant and relaxed. I’m very happy I found them and will definitely keep going back!

I had several teeth pulled due to pain. They took their time and did a great job. They scanned my mouth before hand and produced a set of dentures within a week. When the dentures finally arrived the dentist expertly pulled four teeth and did a bone graft with little to no pain all while treating me very kindly and professionally. The dentures didn't fit great at first but they made the necessary adjustments on site. I was very happy with the overall results. The price was very fair and they worked with me on a payment plan. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of their services.

Glad I came here. Yeah! The fancy dentist office is cool and all, but the bedside manner care, price, and staff and Rowlett Family Dentistry has been spectacular thus far ( three months now)I got my cleaning done with a free Xray. So, I brought family and they loved the experience. I would highly recommend. The staff is really amazing.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I paid for treatment but did not feel I received quality care. The hygienist seemed inexperienced, and I was unhappy with the cleaning. During my crown procedure, the dentist administered anesthesia and then left me waiting in the chair with my mouth open for more than two hours. By the time she returned, the anesthesia had worn off. I informed her that I could feel pain, and she had to administer additional anesthesia before continuing. I had two crowns placed, and both have been causing pain. I am unable to chew comfortably on either side. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received and cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

I love my crown!! This dental office is new to me and I am impressed! This crown fits perfectly and feels so smooth, it looks perfect! It feels like an actual tooth. I came to this office recently because I had a second crown from a previous dentist office break after less than 2 years. This one feels like a much higher quality. The dentist and all of the other people are really nice too.

Dr. Monica was very professional, took care of myself perfectly. New crown, super clean teeth and no discomfort. She was very knowledgeable, explained in great detail and caring. Staff also at Rowlett Family Dentistry is very polite and friendly. Made me feel at the confort of my home. Thank you!!

Best experience with Dr. Monica and Liv!! Walked in extremely nervous and timid and was IMMEDIATELY greeted with such compassion, kindness, and care from the wonderful dental staff! Love how Olivia made me feel so calm when my nerves were so high, and Dr. Monica greeted me with such a compassion and gentle demeanor, carefully walking me through my dental plan! Can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Rowlett Family Dentistry. I initially went in just to see what could be done about the bonding on my front teeth because they were honestly looking really bad and I felt so self conscious about them. I was super nervous walking in, scared of hearing bad news. From the moment I got there, every single staff member made me feel calm and reassured. Dr. Monica really listened to my main concern and didn’t dismiss how I was feeling. We decided that crowns would be the best solution, which made me nervous because I had no idea how they would look. When I tell you they exceeded my expectations, I truly mean it. My crowns look like my natural teeth did before I ever broke them. I genuinely couldn’t be happier. They gave me my confidence back and I can finally smile without feeling insecure. Dr. Monica, Dan, Liv, and Mackenzie were all so amazing, welcoming, and comforting throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness they showed me. If you’re nervous about dental work like I was, this is absolutely the place to go.
