I can’t say enough wonderful things about the front office staff at this dental office! They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to keep my appointment. I had completely forgotten to take my pre-medication before my appointment, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful in getting me what I needed. Since I also needed to eat before taking the antibiotics, they even provided me with a granola bar! 🥹 It may seem like a small gesture, but their thoughtfulness and willingness to help made such a difference. Thanks to their kindness and care, I was able to keep my appointment without having to reschedule. It’s this level of genuine customer care that makes a dental office stand out. My experience at Oceanview Dental Care was superior to any other dental procedure I've had, and I've had many root canals, implants, crowns & more. They make you feel very comfortable & are beyond efficient from the first phone call to the end of your appointment. Very thorough & kind. I'm grateful to have found them. It's certainly nice to feel at ease when at the dentist.

Oceanview Dental Care was excellent from start to finish. I had a molar filling come out earlier in the day after biting into a vitamin gummy, so I needed to find a dentist who could see me quickly. After calling around to a few local offices, I found Oceanview Dental Care, which was highly reviewed on Google, and I can now see why. From the first phone call, the office was pleasant, cooperative, and helpful. I also price-checked with other dental offices in the area, and their pricing was reasonable and in line with what seemed fair locally, so I felt comfortable that I was not overpaying. The intake process was smooth, and the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. After completing my paperwork, there was almost no wait before my appointment. One of my biggest frustrations with dental and medical offices is waiting well beyond the scheduled appointment time, but this office was excellent. They were tested twice in one day because I came in once for the exam and filling, then returned later for a cleaning, X-rays, and exam special. Both times, they nailed the appointment time perfectly. I also met Dr. John Wallace personally, and he was outstanding. He is an excellent conversationalist and clearly an experienced dentist. I had a rather large filling that needed to be repaired, and I felt he handled it with skill and care. Later, Kathy performed my cleaning, and it was probably the most thorough dental cleaning I have ever had. She spent a full hour with me, was very personable, and did an excellent job. Overall, I had a great experience with Oceanview Dental Care. The office was organized, professional, on time, reasonably priced, and the care was excellent. I would highly recommend them. I’m so glad I found Ocean View Dental Care! After a Google search, I decided to go with Dr. Wallace and I’m so happy with the service I received! From Nilda and Sandra at the front to Geni and Dr. Wallace, I am 100% pleased! I had a cap replaced on a molar and some bonding on lower front teeth. The process was quick and painless. The results are beautiful! Dr. Wallace is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I know you will be as happy with Ocean View Dental as I am, I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!
