I had a great experience at Shoreline Dental Studio. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The X-rays, cleaning, and exam all went smoothly, and the entire staff was welcoming and pleasant. Overall, it was a very comfortable and positive experience. I definitely recommend them.

I don't write reviews very often, but this office absolutely earned one. To put this into perspective, the last five days have been an absolute nightmare. I had been dealing with dentists telling me I needed work that, after getting another opinion, I didn't actually need. I was frustrated, overwhelmed, and honestly losing trust in the entire process. Then something funny happened. I randomly called this office thinking I was calling somewhere else, and by complete chance my neighbor, Devon, answered the phone. Serendipity, I guess. Thank goodness she did. From the moment she answered, Devon listened. She took the time to understand everything I had been through, helped me sort out my insurance, and somehow got me an appointment within 24 hours at an office that seems to have very little availability. More importantly, she didn't treat me like just another patient. She tailored the experience around everything I had shared with her. When I arrived, Emma greeted me, and she was genuinely a breath of fresh air. She was warm, engaging, professional, thoughtful, and just an absolute joy to be around. I walked in completely on edge, and within minutes she had me feeling comfortable. While filling out my paperwork there was a random question asking what I like to do on the weekends. I wrote that I golf and thought nothing of it. I assumed it was just conversation. Then she walked me back and handed me a gift, a note and a sleeve of golf balls. WOW. I was blown away. It wasn't about the gift. It was the fact that someone actually paid attention. That level of thoughtfulness is so rare today. She also took the time to explain every amenity they offer and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The hygienist continued that same experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. My gag reflex is nothing to brag about, and X-rays are usually miserable for me. She never rushed me, accommodated me the entire time, and made what is normally an unpleasant experience surprisingly easy. Before my appointment, I had told Devon that I really don't like the dental fluff. I don't need someone trying to sell me treatment or tell me how I really need to work on my flossing. Yes, I know, I have been told this since I was 4.... still looking for that gold star..... I just want the facts and a clear plan. That's exactly what Dr. Nguyen delivered. He walked me through everything, explained what actually needed to be addressed, answered my questions, and worked with my schedule to build a plan that made sense. There was no pressure, no upselling, just honesty and professionalism. I've already told six people about this office, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. I spent my entire career in hospitality, and experiences like this are incredibly rare. This wasn't just good customer service. It felt like checking into the Montage. Every interaction was thoughtful, intentional, and genuinely focused on making me feel cared for. I've dreaded going to the dentist for as long as I can remember. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say I can't wait to go back.

Last Friday, I had my second visit at Shoreline, just your typical cleaning. Earlier this year, I was looking for a new dentist office and went to Shoreline as a recommendation from a friend and was shocked with my experience in the best possible way. Both visits I was greeted by the friendly staff as soon as I walked in. As I waited for my hygienist, I chatted with Connor, one of the front desk staff, who helped me and my mom initially become new patients and confirm that our insurance was accepted! During my first visit as a new patient, Chelsea gave me a great quick tour of the office to help me feel acclimated and then brought me to my hygienist, Elizabeth. I’ve now seen Elizabeth twice, and both times she was amazing and very personable. She asked me a little history about my teeth, experiences with dentists, and she also shared a little bit about her background! Shoreline definitely prioritizes their patients experience, making sure they are comfortable with every part of the process, from entering the waiting room, to the physical teeth cleaning, to understanding your teeth/mouth health. Shoreline has in place tests to get to know their new patients that I was honestly a little skeptical of at first, but was quickly very impressed with the technology of their machines. After my cleaning, Dr. Quinn gave me a quick exam and was honest with her suggestions on ways to improve my teeth as well as things to watch out for. I appreciated this as someone who is quite conservative with the idea of work being done on my teeth. Best part of it was going to the checkout and my insurance covering all of it. As someone who honestly dreads teeth cleanings, I will happily continue to be a returning patient at Shoreline for. Already recommended to my family and friends.

I’ve had my fair share of dental experiences over the years, and Shoreline Dental Studio has been, without question, the best. I recently had a crown done, which meant two appointments, and both experiences were absolutely exceptional. During my first visit, Dr. Ritzau and Isabel took such great care of me. The procedure was gentle, comfortable, and completely pain-free. Isabel wasn’t just a dental assistant, she felt like an artist. She crafted my temporary crown so beautifully that I honestly forgot it was temporary. For the entire two weeks I wore it, it looked and felt amazing. At my second appointment, Dr. Livingston and Adrianna made the placement of my permanent crown just as incredible. Everything, from the numbing to the cementing and final adjustments, was smooth, gentle, and painless. What truly sets Shoreline Dental Studio apart isn’t just their technical skill, it’s how they make you feel. The entire office has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere that, at some point, it genuinely felt like home. One moment I’ll never forget was when Dr. Livingston was about to numb me and Adrianna held my hand, telling me to squeeze it if I felt any pressure or discomfort. It was such a simple gesture, but it made all the difference. It felt like I had a friend sitting beside me, and it instantly put me at ease. The care didn’t stop when I left the office. Dr. Ritzau personally messaged me the day after my first appointment to make sure I was doing well with my temporary crown and to ask if I had any concerns. That kind of follow-up is incredibly rare and says so much about how genuinely this team cares about their patients. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment until my permanent crown was completed, every single person I interacted with made me feel cared for, respected, and comfortable. I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this, but I can’t wait to go back! hopefully just for a cleaning next time! Thank you, Dr. Ritzau, Dr. Livingston, Isabel, Adriana, and everyone at Shoreline Dental Studio for completely changing the way I feel about going to the dentist. You are all amazing.

Well where do I even begin?! Shoreline is not only the cleanest most beautifully aesthetic studio from the moment you walk in, they also offer you a variety of refreshments from bubbly waters to espresso, and more! The staff is always so accommodating and amazing (Helena took GREAT care today, thank you sweet friend!!!) and the doctors, hygienists and just everyone there always having a warm smiling face walking down the hall really just makes the experience all the better :) As you can see they always take great care of my pearly whites! I got both my dental cleanings from Natalie and Maddie and I am amazed with their professionalism. I am SO happy!!! This office has the sweetest staff that knows how to have a good time. My service from start to finish with multiple appointments was beyond amazing. I’ve been wanting composite fangs forever, and they made my dreams into reality!

I visited Shoreline dental studio for teeth cleaning and I must say it was a very relaxing and great experience. Dr Natalie was taking care of the process and I also had Dr Ritzau giving me a final through of the treatment. I recommend anyone around Orange county this is your best dental spot!!

I too love Shoreline Dental Studio! I have been going to them for 11 years now. All the dentists there are very caring and totally top notch. I've had the pleasure to have Kristin as my dentist since day 1. Then let's talk about the entire office staff. They immediately talk to you as if you are a part of the family. They are all caring, knowledgeable and will do anything to help you in every way possible, ie, scheduling appts that work best for you, or working with your insurance. As far as I am concerned, they are all Rock Stars in their field! They are the best ‼️
