Dr. Lilly is simply fantastic! You are met with a very welcoming front desk and kind people as soon as you walk in. I brought in my 2.5 year old for her first dental visit and they made the whole experience so nice and calm for her. She left saying “that was so much fun”. I totally recommend this practice and thought that it was a first class experience. Thank you Dr. Lilly and staff!

Super professional, super friendly and caring, is how I would describe the staff here at Lakeshore Family Dental Care in Whitehall. My dad has been going here for many years and has always been treated well. Upon visiting Dad this morning, I learned that he was having problems with his partial, making it painful to eat. I called the office and, to my delight, they were able to squeeze him in this afternoon! They were attentive to his needs, made some adjustments and advised us to let them know if he continued to have problems. Thank you, Lakeshore Family Dental!

I had 3 teeth extracted and Dr Sessions and staff were just wonderful!! I have a history of not numbing to well and was nervous to say the least, during the procedure, I felt a quick pain, Dr. Sessions made sure that I was given a little more local anesthesia to ease that pain. The rest of the procedure went very well! Dr Sessions and her assistant are amazing! The customer service representatives too, are professional, helpful, and courteousI highly recommend their office! Thank You!

Jessica made my afternoon !! She was thorough, kind, funny and knowledgeable. Beyond fab addition to the team. Dr. Lilly, whom I hadn’t met in prior visits, was also genuinely nice, professional and good sense of humor. I got the dream team today and both are valuable assets to Lakeshore Dental

Friendly staff. Although I miss Dr. Ryan, the other staff members were all nice and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Lilly is friendly and I will trust her in doing my crown in the near future. Get better, Dr. Ryan!!!

New to Lakeshore Family Dental Care, was very impressed with our first visit. From the receptionist, to the Dental techs and the Dr. Lilly. Doctor was very caring, explained everything so I could understand. Visit was for a special needs adult child, handled him very well with no problems. Good experience. Perfect 10 to the Doctor and office staff.
