Fantastic Experience with Lakeshore Orthodontics We’ve had both of our children treated by Lakeshore Orthodontics over the past few years, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, the entire staff has been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They’ve done an amazing job not only with the orthodontic treatment itself, but also with making our kids feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Every appointment has been handled with care, and we’ve always felt like our questions and concerns were taken seriously. Seeing the results of both of our children’s treatment has been incredible. We’re so grateful to the entire Lakeshore Orthodontics team for the time, patience, and expertise they’ve given our family. Our Granddaughter has got great care at Lakeshore Orthodontic. She enjoys going to her visits and the staff are extra nice. They worked with us to develop a payment plan as well. They are convenient and visits are quick and efficient.

We have 4 kids that are or have received care here. They are always professional, timely, very clean office. No complaints at all, and would refer anyone to them!

Three of us in my family were patients at Lakeshore Orthodontics in Whitehall. Everyone was always very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We never had any problems scheduling appointments. Now we have an occasional need for replacement retainers. If they won’t be in the Whitehall office for several days they are always willing to have someone meet us to get us our retainers as soon as possible. Very happy with our final results and recommend them whenever anyone asks where we went for orthodontics.

My daughter just got her braces on today and from the beginning of this process all the way through today’s appointment we have been very impressed with all the staff, they are all so kind and patient. They have went above and beyond at explaining the entire process and answering all of our questions very thoroughly. My daughter is very shy and has a lot of anxiety and she was so relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire procedure and that is amazing! And that is all thanks to the amazing staff.
