Brown Road Dental

I’m a new patient at Brown Road Dental and have had such a great experience so far. Everyone there has been incredibly nice and welcoming, from the front office staff to the hygienists to Dr. Cismas. I have some higher-risk health concerns in my family, including myself, so feeling safe and comfortable is really important to me. The entire staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of, which I really appreciate. Dr. Cismas has been great, and honestly everyone I’ve dealt with there has been awesome. I’m really glad I found Brown Road Dental and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Can only say great things about this office. My daughter broke her tooth and needed to get in asap. I was able to get her in next morning and it was a great experience from the first phone call from Irene. She was very nice and helpful. Once in the office the front desk staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The dental hygenist I think her name was sierra or sienna but she was great as well. She was so patient with my daughter as my daughter was very nervous but she took her time and explained everything she was doing. John the dentist came in and was super friendly and very gentle. He made my daughter and I feel very comfortable with the procedure he had to do and talked us through it the whole time. I will definitely be using this office for all mine and my families dental needs.

I’m relatively new patient to Brown Road Dental, but I’ve enjoyed every bit of my experience so far! The staff is incredibly friendly, and Dr. John has been great to work with so far. After establishing myself as a parent at a couple normal cleanup and X-ray appointments, the staff was quick to get me in on short notice after chipping my tooth on vacation. Dr. John did a job quickly patching me up!

Oh my gosh.... Where do I begin? I guess when I first walked.in, I was.greeted.with a warm comfortable welcoming smile 😃 and letting me know they'll be with me shortly. The sweetness didn't stop there..... the dentist and everyone in their office was amazingly very sweet..I felt very comfortable and very welcome, like meeting up with your friends 🧡. I'm impressed with all the latest update equipment, pain-free. The office staff (everyone) made me feel welcomed and relaxed , like meeting up with your bestest friends. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for 3 years now and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Cismas is the best, so is the rest of the staff. Their patient care is the best and I always leave feeling so happy and well taken care of. They always take the time to have a conversation and to get to know me. If you’re thinking about giving this place a chance, do it!! 😊

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. John Cimas, Irene, and the entire staff. My elderly mother recently had all of her teeth removed, and from the very first phone call to the end of her procedure, they treated both of us with such kindness, patience, and compassion. As her daughter, I was understandably nervous and had countless questions. Not once did anyone make me feel rushed or dismissed. Irene, the patient coordinator, was incredibly communicative, open, honest, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She made us feel like family from the moment we walked through the door. Dr. Cimas was exceptionally gentle, caring, and attentive with my mother. He took the time to make sure she was comfortable and understood everything, which meant so much to us. The entire staff showed genuine warmth and empathy, especially toward my elderly mom, and that level of compassion is something you do not forget. This was such an emotional and stressful experience for our family, and they made it feel safe, supported, and manageable every step of the way. We are beyond grateful for the outstanding care they provided. I would recommend Dr. John Cimas and his team to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Great dentist! The receptionists are wonderful about calling and reminding patients of upcoming appointments, which I really appreciate. The dental hygienist, Caila, was excellent. She was thorough and very understanding of my tooth sensitivity, making sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. Dr. Cismas is a great dentist—informative, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. One thing I especially love is that they are always on time and never make me wait. I’m always in and out, which makes appointments so much easier to fit into my schedule. I was originally recommended to this dentist when the office was under different ownership, but I chose to stay because the staff is so great—especially Dr. Cismas.
